Description

I fell in Love

the way you fall asleep

Slowly.... and the all at once.

Helen (29)

Concert Producer

If breathing fine was all that defined being alive, she was more than alive. With a mind sane enough to get her through the day while dosing on pills to knock off the same mind at night to get some sleep. A body she never cared about but would still harbour enough strength to get the work done even when starved for days. To trust someone was a big NO in her life’s book while expectations and desires were errases off the pages even without her knowledge. She never belonged to anyone or anywhere… a self tamed bluenose.

Love… a word she knew all too well in all its meaning… but never felt or even desired to be felt.

A modern world prince… to have everything in perfect moderation and was never deprived of anything. Yet, a simple human with class that required no sophistication. An Impeccable and ethereal physique that dwelled a character that was none less admirable. Family, friends, love, care, trust… all relations and emotions in its purest form he had felt.

Yet, why was he drawn to this commoner who had nothing that was attractive if put bluntly.

Foreword

They were from two different worlds

Neither knew the language or feelings of the other.

What started as a mere curiosity, when did it turn to a selfless form of emotion that wanted to embrace the other world and engulf it in the warmth that it never felt? It gave new meanings to his already perfect life that suddenly felt so incomplete.

He had started his journey and was well aware of the consequences he would face while dealing with an emotionless soul trapped within the self built walls of her insecurities and fears.

She was clueless how her life would take a 180 degree turn with him bulldozing her high walls and making her feel the emotion she thought she never would and acknowledge her existence in ways that she never felt before.
