Mirror

Tic.Toc. Tic. Toc.

He listened to the loud ticking of the clock, breaking the dead silence in the apartment.

He closed all doors, and covered all windows. Only the mirrors were left.

Tic. Toc. Tic. Toc.

He looked at the clock in the living room. It was almost midnight. He had little time, very little. He needed to hurry.

Do you think you can hide from me?

He froze, trying not to shiver.

Do you think you’ll run away from someone like me?

Tic. Toc. Tic. Toc.

It was midnight.

He ran towards the mirror to cover it. He was about to throw cloth on them when a well-known person emerged from it. The black haired boy smiled, showing a row of fangs. He grasped his arms with his claws, pulling him closer.

I told you, you wouldn’t run away from me, Felix.

He pulled him into a mirror.

The cloth fell to the floor, the clock stopped.

There was a dead silence in the apartment again.
