Dao and koi went to buy food. Starting from Yakisoba, Takoyaki, Choco banana and Kaki-goori already Koi eats. now Koi eats Ika-yaki squid grilled with sauce while Dao eats Ringo-ame or Apple Candy

 

"What's that? Isn it delicious?" Ask Koi curious

 

"Candy apple, it's delicious.." He answered biting the candy

 

"Can i have a bite little?"

 

Before Dao could answer, Koi had already taken a bite of the candy.

 

*Degg degg* Dao's heart skipped a beat when he looked into Koi's eyes which were now only 5 cm away. They are so close that they can feel each other's breath

"Sweet.." said Koi smiling while pulling his face

 

Dao was still glued to the Koi smile that was so cute "Ah, umm yeah" replied Dao realized

 

"Hmm, I didn't know your name?" said Koi while chewing

 

"Oh yeah we haven met, my name is Dao" stretched out hand

 

"Koi, my name is Koi" shaking hands

 

"Will you remember Koi?" he thought.

 

Dao hoped that upon hearing his name Koi would remember him. But after knowing the name Dao, Koi looks normal he really doesn't remember the Dao even he still enjoys grilled squid in his hand.

 

"Dao.." called Koi

 

"Hmm what?" the answer

 

"I want to go to the temple" asked Koi

 

"To the temple?"

 

"Yes, I want to pray and write a request like in the anime "

 

"Koi don't tell me you still like watching K-ON" he guessed

 

Before Koi got into an accident and got Alzheimer's disease, they liked watching K-On Anime movies. An anime consisting of 5 girls who are included in a light music club.

 

"How did you know?"

 

"Yes of crouse, we used to really like seeing K-ON together," Dao answered casually

 

"What do you means?" Koi, who doesn't remember what happened, is confused too

 

"Ah.. No, I mean I used to like to see that too" Reasonable

 

Koi just nodding

 

"Almost got caught" Dao thought relieved

 

Dao Koi went towards the Temple, ring the bell at the shrine and give a 10 yen coin as an offering. Koi looks solemn in his prayer, Dao also prays.

 

"Koi, what do you want?" Dao asked when finished praying

 

"Secret" he replied smiling

 

"OK"

 

Dao did not want to ask in more detail for fear of being said to be kepo. Yes, even though it's true that he really wants to know what Koi is saying. Who knows his name is mentioned in prayer.

 

Daokoi is now standing in front of the EMA hanging board with hope, where Koi hangs his hopes followed by Dao.

 

"Please don't forget me even though now I don't have a single memory with you" ~Koi

 

"I hope you can recover and come back with me" ~Dao

 

In 20 minutes there will be Hanabi or fireworks which are always eagerly awaited every year. Because it was so crowded all places were full both on the bridge, on the plateau near the river and also in the temple.

 

"Then we'll see where, all the places are full" Dao asked saw all the places filled with humans

 

"Don't worry, I know a secret place" Koi replied casually

 

"Is that true?"

 

"Emm let's go.." Koi took Dao away while holding his hand

 

The two of them walked down the steps of the Temple, after descending half way Koi turned right, taking a small bushy path

 

"Where are we going?" Asked Dao who had not seen the end of these bushes

 

"A secret place, you calm down" replied Koi calmly

 

After a while they finally arrived at the secret place, there were several couples there. Unexpectedly there is a wide expanse of grass and it can be said here is the right place to see hanabi with a partner.

 

"Here we can see Hanabi without having to jostle" he said looking at Dao

 

"Who do you know this place from?" Dao asked curiously. There's no way Koi knew this place by chance.

 

"From those people, when we were in the crowd, some people said there was a good secret place to see Hanabi, so I just followed it hehe" explained Koi while laughing.

 

Dao laughed too

 

"Dao.. Actually I have Alzheimer's disease and I easily forget whatever happened to me" I don't know why Koi wants to tell Dao this disease

 

"Is that true?" pretend not to know

 

"Yeah even now I've forgotten who I came here with"

 

"Didn't you write it down?"

 

"Taking notes? ah yes you're right I wrote it down on my cellphone" remembered

 

"It's good that you can be helped."

 

"But it feels like there's still something missing," he said looking at the cellphone screen

 

"What's that?" looking at koi

 

"Someone, it seems I forgot someone who means a lot to me and maybe right now he is here around me but I can't recognize him" Koi looks sad

 

Dao was stunned to hear Koi's words, as if Koi was trying to remember them

 

"If that's true, what do you want to tell him?

 

Dao's question made Koi think a little

 

* Sssuuuiiinggg dduuaaar .. dduuaarr ... *

 

The sound of fireworks starting to go off. Dao and Koi turned his face to look at Hanabi. Red, Yellow, Green, Purple decorated the dark night sky Dao and Koi was mesmerized by the beautiful color of the fireworks.

 

"If he is here, I want him to remember our memories forever, I also hope he is always happy and the memories that are lost in my brain will not be able to deny the fact that I have existed and have adorned his heart" said Koi

 

Dao shed tears he couldn't hold back the tightness that was there. He wanted to scream and say "KOI THIS IS ME, YOUR GIRLFRIEND" but that's impossible, because Koi will never remember Him.

 

The Fireworks Show is almost over, Dao wipes his tears

 

"Koi.. Let's go home" he asked

 

"Do I know you?" Ask Koi

 

"HAH?!"
