THE WATCHER & THE RAVES.

Tomorrowland is a The Watcher+Rave themed, non-AU, semi-literate, semi-rated, Mewe-based roleplay.

What does this entail? 

The concept of The Watcher is based on the Marvel character who watches over the universe. Even though they shall not intervene in the events happening in the galaxy, they eventually break the rule for the sake of humanity and the balance of life. Just like The Watcher, our admin account is going to react, comment or even show up in the chat from time to time.

This function of The Watcher shall not scare you or make you feel uncomfortable, but to familiarise you with the admin account. We want the admin account to be approachable to you, so you won't fret about reaching out to us whenever you feel concerned, worried, or simply have a question and want to give us feedback. Reacting to your posts also means that we've perceived your activity. 

If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to us directly, through the ask or message option if you are not yet part of our community, and directly through the mod account if you are.

BEFORE JOINING.

Both muns and muses are to be years of age internationally in order to join. Your faceclaim has to be active in the South Korean entertainment industry, no exceptions allowed. No ualization of minors will be allowed, either. 

We understand that you cannot know the faceclaim you choose perfectly well, but please take on a muse of whom you have sufficient knowledge of ie. their personality, schedules, and connections. 

As this is a semi-rated roleplay, joining our group is optional. Upon joining the group, please note that the weekly limit posting-wise is two posts. It is important to note that all rated topics must be kept to the group. Keep anything rated off the timeline and other public chats, and be sure to ask for consent before sending any risqué pictures or videos privately.

We do not accept faceclaims who have been involved in major scandals, convicted of serious crimes, former celebrities without any ties to the industry, those who do not wish to be played, internet personalities and the deceased. Unsure about a muse? Send us a private message!

We are accepting moving couples into our directory at this time. However, make sure not to keep to your significant other only, we will be checking!

We do not allow enlisted idols, let us leave them to serve their country first and foremost. 

APPLYING and reserving.

APPLY RIGHT HERE.

We accept reservations: they have to be made through THIS FORM. Kindly provide faceclaim name, occupation, password and a five (5) digit code you’ll also have to use on your application. Reservations last for 48 hours from the time you send in the form. Once you apply after a reservation, don’t forget to put the same five digit code so that we can identify you correctly.

Upon applying, please ensure you have a moderately active +3 months old Tumblr or AFF that we can contact you on, and ensure that the link given is correct or your application will be denied. 

Acceptances will be processed daily. You will have 48 hours upon acceptance message to add the mod account. If the given window is missed, you will have to reapply. Please note that you will be announced both morning and night, GMT time unless mod is up and running at a certain other hour. 

To ensure you have sufficient activity and knowledge of the place, and to avoid muse hoarding, you are allowed a 2nd muse after a buffer period of 3 weeks in the directory; however, both muses cannot be from the same idol group.

Character changes are allowed at any time. Your first change with a new muse will be free, but there will be a 2 week buffer period between any subsequent changes. If we notice you are CC-ing too much, we may deny that CC request. 

You must have “Tomorrowland” or the 🎵 emoji somewhere on your profile. It is highy encouraged to have your muse’s uality and status in their profile to prevent awkward conversations and possible drama.

Please make sure your account name is of your faceclaim’s full name or stage name in English and English only. Please do not use special fonts.

Make sure your contact list is set to public and kept up to date after each activity check.

First and foremost, OOC drama will not be tolerated and any harassment will result in an automatic kick-out and blacklist. IC drama is allowed as long as it is discussed between muns and does not spread towards officially uninvolved characters.

You are to welcome new members, help maintain an inclusive environment, and reach out to people outside of your friend group(s) to establish new connections. Give everyone a chance to make a place for themselves here!

It is advised to check our Announcement group and group chat weekly for any important updates. Do not miss them, and always emoji once you have read the entirety of the post.

If drama were to happen, or you feel uncomfortable in any way or with anyone, do message the mod account. We will try our very best to help you solve these. We thrive on staying neutral and objective, and hope to be a “strict with rules yet fun and easy to approach” admin team. P assw ord is your favourite party song.

There is a dating ban of one (1) month. Take the time to get to know each other, and do not force anyone to be with you. Respect each other’s wishes! 

We allow an of five (5) years between faceclaims to engage both romantically and ually when one is under the age of 21 internationally. This rule does not apply to faceclaims 21 years of age and older. 

Marriages, non-monogamous relationships (open, polyamorous, etc.) are permitted. Full-term pregnancies are not. All ualities are welcome. Microaggression, insensitive jokes and the use of derogatory terms and words are not allowed. This must remain a safe haven for everyone.

A strike is given if any of the rules is broken, or the activity requirements are not met, as you may read next. Two strikes result in a kick out. You may reapply after 3 days, no reservations will however be allowed. Depending on the severity of your actions for the strikes, your application may be denied and you may be banned from the directory.

ATIVITY CHECKS.

After your welcome post, you have 48 hours to make your introduction post and at least one timeline post. Failure to do so will result in your removal and you must wait a buffer period of three (3) days to reapply.  

Activity checks are conducted on a weekly basis. We require a minimum of one timeline post weekly and that you leave comments under 3 timeline posts of facelaims not within your group of friends on separate days, per week. You are expected to give at least one reply per comment left on your post. Please be understanding of this! People took the time to comment, let’s prioritise respecting one another. More information will be given to you once you have joined our directory. Failure to comply with the whole requirements will result in a kick out, and doing half, in a warning. If a repeat offender, you will be removed from the directory and will have to reapply after a buffer period of three (3) days.

Hiatuses can be taken after two (2) weeks in the directory. Should a special occasion or need arise, please message the mod account! We are understanding. Full hiatuses last up to two weeks, one timeline post required, no comments. Semi-hiatuses last up to a month, a weekly timeline post and one comment will be required.
