Her life is full of boundaries, responsibilities and self-control, not until she meets Ahn Yujin, a charming seventeen year old who has the same illness, except she's the opposite of Minjoo.}

^{Eighteen year old Minjoo spends most of her time in the hospital as a cystic fibrosis patient. Her life is full of routines, boundaries and self-control, all of which get put to the test when she meets Yujin, an impossibly charming teen who has the same illness. There's an instant flirtation, though restrictions dictate that they must maintain a safe distance between them. As their connection intensifies, so does the temptation to throw the rules out the window and embrace that attraction.}

^{Cystic fibrosis affects the cells that produce mucus, sweat and digestive juices. These secreted fluids are normally thin and slippery. But in people with CF, a defective gene causes the secretions to become sticky and thick. Instead of acting as lubricants, the secretions plug up tubes, ducts and passageways, especially in the lungs and pancreas.}

_{Burkholderia cepacia (b cepacia) is an aerobic gram-negative bacillus found in various aquatic environments. B cepacia is an organism of low virulence and is a frequent colonizer of fluids used in the hospital (eg, irrigation solutions, intravenous fluids).
