Jeongyeon and Nayeon's five year relationship ended when the latter chose to follow her American dream. Their friends started to drift away from Jeongyeon assuming that it was her fault that Nayeon left them without a single word.

Jeongyeon remained quiet and never bothered to speak for herself. She don't want their friends to hate Nayeon. Living in a different place, knowing no one is already hard. At least their friends could contact Nayeon and give her the comfort and strength that she needs.

In the same year, Jeongyeon's grandmother, the only family she considered, die. She felt hopeless with no one beside her. Everyone left.

Unknown to them, Jeongyeon's suffering from brain tumor. She's just so good at hiding it to everyone.
