“It’s me Jae Hyun. You know, Jung Jae Hyun” the familiar voice answer back again

“Jung Jae Hyun?” Yoo Hyeon said while widely her eyes when she finally saw the owner of the voice in the doorbell screen “Jung Jae Hyun?! What the hell he is doing here?!”

“Yoo Hyeon! Who is it?” her mom called her

“Umma!!!” Yoo Hyeon said while running back at the kitchen. “There is someone on the door”

“Yes! I know that. That’s why I ask you who was it?” her mom said

“But the guy who was in front of our house shouldn’t be there” Yoo Hyeon said in total panic

“What do you mean? Who was it by the way?” her mom said and headed to the doorbell screen

Yoo Hyeon just followed her mom quietly

Her mom look at the screen and smile brightly “It’s only Jae Hyun” her mom said “Why didn’t you let him in” and press the open for the guy to come in

“Why did you let him in?!” Yoo Hyeon said while started to panic

“What do you mean, why? He always comes here to pick you up and eat his breakfast” her mom said while looking at her confusedly

Yoo Hyeon was about to ask again but the door suddenly opens, and the guy who is the cause of Yoo Hyeon’s panic is finally standing in front of her

“Good morning Yoo Hyeon, good morning auntie” Jae Hyun said while smiling warmly

“Good morning too Jae Hyun. I know you are hungry, let's go and eat our breakfast in the dining area” Yoo Hyeon’s mom casually said

“Ne!” Jae Hyun’s answer back “Come on Yoo Hyeon, let’s eat”

During breakfast…

Yoo Hyeon was staring between Jae Hyun and her mom. The two were casually talking like they knew each other for more than a couple of years which make Yoo Hyeon confuse

“So how is your study, Jae Hyun?” her mom casually ask

“Well I can still manage it together with my club activity” Jae Hyun answer back

“I heard from your dad that you place 1st in your last examination, and you are also number 1 in the whole school” her mom said “I wish Yoo Hyeon should be like you, at least half as you. She should be having interest in something else and be active more. But instead she wants to lazing around and do nothing when she has time"

“Mom! Stop it! It’s embarrassing. And beside I am busy with something else that you don’t know” Yoo Hyeon said while trying not to look straight at Jae Hyun

“Like what? Like browsing some cute puppies and kitties in the internet, without thinking to have your own” her mom said

“Aish~ enough of me” Yoo Hyeon said while secretly looking at Jae Hyun’s direction “Anyway, I thought that you wouldn’t be home today. You said that you will be home after a year because of your company needed you in expanding the business in Japan”. She return the question to her mom to stop her from talking about her

“What are you saying?” her mom look at her confusedly

“Isn’t it? That is the reason why you don’t have time to go back here in Korea” Yoo Hyeon said while casually eating

“That’s weird. But the business expansion in Japan is still undecided. How did you know about that?” her mom ask again while giving her suspicious look

“What?!” Yoo Hyeon reacted. What do you mean it is still undecided? That is the reason why I was left here alone in this house for so long she thought

Yoo Hyeon was about to ask again when Jae Hyun interrupted “Maybe, Yoo Hyeon is still sleepy, auntie" he said. "That is the only reason why she was thinking about something else and talk weirdly”. After talking, Yoo Hyeon look at him and he gave her a warm smile

Yoo Hyeon got surprise to meet Jae Hyun eyes. She automatically look at the other side to void his gaze.

I almost forgot to update 😭. I thought that today is Saturday and I am feeling lazy due to rainy weather.

Anyway, Yoo Hyeon started to notice something. Her favorite idol is eating casually in her home together with her and her mother.
