Joy’s POV

I’ve been doing the same routine every day since that day. It’s been exactly 2 years... I mean how can I forget this day? 

I got up out of bed and went straight to the bathroom. I washed up and pampered myself. As I was about to pick up my car keys, dang it, I lost it again. I tried to find it in every corner of my condo but I was shocked when I looked at the window with my succulent plants in it, the car keys are in the plant with the letter W in its vase. “Thank you” I smiled as I mumble those words. I wish I can say it to you now.  

Oh, I almost forgot the dress. I immediately picked it from my closet. A blue puff sleeves floral dress with a slit on its left side.  I put it in a paper bag and left my condo.

I’ve been driving for minutes, sobrang traffic naman. I still have to go sa salon for my make-up. I guess, nothing’s going on my way these days.  

*ting* 

I heard my phone rang as I received a text message so, I quickly picked it up since I’m currently stuck in the traffic naman.  

Oh... it’s Irene. I messaged her last night to accompany me today. I hope samahan niya ko.  

Here she goes again, hardly slapping me with her words.  

I’m seriously not that desperate.

Magkasama na kami ni Irene dito sa Shangri-La Wedding hall. Third row, left side. 

 The wedding is about to start... 

"psst Joy, ready ka na ba?" siko saakin ni Irene habang bumubulong.

"ha? ready saan? di naman ako yung ikakasal?" naguguluhang bulong ko din sakanya.

"so gusto mo nga ikaw yung ikasal?" pang aasar into saakin.

Hayyy sabi ko nga dapat di nalang kami umattend.

The wedding will start now, may we invite everyone to stand up.
