Description
Kang Seulgi had always been a troublemaker and although she brings forth nothing but mischief and chaos in the hallways of SM High, she was also artistic and intelligent. After being sent countless times in detention by the principal he's had it and decided to send Seulgi's punishment at the hands of the vice president of their school's student council. At the same day she meets a mysterious girl at the old student council room.

Seulgi could only crack her knuckles while she waited outside the principals office, It definitely wasn't her first time getting called to the office nor it would be her last. " Miss Kang come in", Seulgi hurried off inside the room taking in the cold breeze of the air conditioner with hands cold and clammy. Seulgi wasn't the best student in the school and sure she might have skipped a lot of classes, but Seulgi was actually smart, well she was also dense but atleast she has intellect when in comes to her academics and yet trouble and chaos always seems to find a way to get to her. If you ask Seulgi's friends to describe her it would be "A dense ray of sunshine that attracts all the mothering chaos in the world" in short Seulgi is mothering radioactive.
