The wife of Vincent Phantomhive, Rachel Phantomhive gave birth to the earl, who was yet to inherit their father's title... And was assumed to be called, "Ciel Phantomhive", which was his twin brother's name...who died with his parents in the house fire.

The earl has rich blue eyes, blue-blackish silky hair... with a beautifully proportioned body.

He suffered the period of slavery, led by a cult, as his family died, and their heir was accused of being the inferiority. The cult believed that by giving a sacrifice of the inferior, they can interact & deal with demons for their benefits.

The slave-traders also pierced his ears to attach a price tag. Since then, he wears earrings. In order to save himself from the act, the earl dealt his soul in the Faustian contract with Sebastion Michaelis(demon), who's now the royal Phantomhive's butler... In result of the deal, the earl wears a black eye-patch made of gauze with a single cord over his right eye to hide the location of the Faustian contract.

Later, In the year 1888, 
Ciel Phantomhive became the notorious Queen's Watchdog, the owner of the Funtom-corporation and an Aristocrat of evil. The young earl was only about 13-14 while he suffers through PTSD, due to his past (slavery).
