I thought this was homophobic kind of problem for Irene but that's not case she only attracted to men not women so she is Straight but she doesn't have to face her past problems with seulgi so she said yes to Seulgi.

So yes Irene just used seulgi and may be in future she is still going to use her🙁.

Chapter 1: Joohyun doesn't deserve Seulgi. She used her in any way she can. True that Seulgi gave consent, yes, but in the end Joohyun was the one who pursued the matter and urged her to continue despite how conflicted Seulgi has been over the whole thing. Joohyun had her cake and ate it too when she always asked Seulgi to do all kinds of things even if they were out of bounds or wrong to do. She continued being in a relationship and gave Seulgi the role of a sidepiece then she has the audacity to want it to continue because her guy doesn't know about it anyway. It doesn't matter that she actually likes Seulgi because Seulgi doesn't even know about that until she told her. In Seulgi's mind, she is just the second option or the temporary placeholder. She isn't anything other than the friend Joohyun is having a FWB arrangement with. What she is doing is help Joohyun cheat while she in return is being taken for granted.

In my opinion, Joohyun should have shown effort when it comes to making it up to Seulgi and showing her feelings for her. Prove that she is genuine and that she cherishes Seulgi. All she did was take and leave nothing for Seulgi other than a thoroughly used broken heart. Seulgi gave Joohyun love and dedication. She stayed despite the ridiculous setups and questions, and even has the perseverance to always entertain her whims even if it leaves her aching and feeling like a loser at the end of each encounter with how much she gave away of herself to Joohyun. Joohyun was lucky and more to have all that and suffer nothing of the sort like what Seulgi did for her. She just confessed and then nothing. She got everything in one fell swoop even without proving anything. Just a confession and a breakup that should have happened way earlier instead of having it  even reach the stage of getting a marriage proposal. Seulgi was unfairly treated and she didn't deserve such poor and crappy actions. Joohyun didn't give any effort at all. If she did, well it was bland and lukewarm that it didn't register to me at all. Seulgi should've gotten a lot more thought and an actual dedicated effort instead of Joohyun's childish and selfish play. I'm all for Seulrene, but this SR relationship needs more work with how unbalanced the dynamic is. Seulgi went through alot for Joohyun and even got into a self-crisis due to what they were doing, yet Joohyun got everything without even doing anything or showing her worth. Joohyun needs more fleshing out and proving of herself. She should have done more.. or pretty much anything really because she definitely left much to be desired.
