Taemin walked towards his apartment door after completing his schedules for the day. Today was an exceptionally tiring day and he was looking forward to a nice, warm bath, his comfortable bed and some cuddles. 

He punched in the passcode expecting to see her smiling face and hearing her sweet voice call him "Oppa, you're home?" but when he entered the apartment he was welcomed with silence and a feeling of emptiness. 

His eyes moved to the painting that used to be hung near his piano. The painting that was made by his favorite artist, his Marcella; but found the blank wall staring back at him. He felt a little disoriented until he remembered what transpired between the two of them a few days back. His shoulders slumped as he thought back to their last conversation. He tried to keep himself so busy, especially with his comeback promotions going in full swing, just so he can avoid thinking about it; so that he can avoid the feeling of loneliness that followed him. And it seems that he had successfully managed to keep himself so busy that his mind erased the incident momentarily. 

For a brief period of time he was able to make himself believe that everything was fine, that they were fine. But the truth lied in front of him in the form of a blank wall and half empty closets in his bedroom. 

He made his way to his bedroom and the emptiness hit him more. It reflected the emptiness he felt within. It had been days since the incident and everyday the reality would sink in even more that she was gone. Everyday he missed her more and more. Everyday he wished he could go back
