I am currently writing this FanFiction myself for another account but this is the general idea.

Happyface Entertainment hires a new CEO after the older CEO retires. He befriends one of the members and threatens firing her. The rest of the story will be based around the abuse and the rest of the members discovering what is happening.

My FamFiction has Dami as the main character because I understand her more and from how she appears on camera / socially. She is a potiental target technically but she is different off camera, definitely.

I have not chosen a ship as of yet. But the communication has been based on Dami and Gahyeon. That is the outline. 
 

Anyone can use this concept for any other FanFiction. It does not have to be only DREAMCATCHER.

It is your choice too over how graphic it is. Mine is not graphic but is emotionally detailed.
