“You wanna go out with me today?” Yonghwa asked Minrin with a wide smile on his face. Minrin gladly accepted and nodded her head.

“Lets go see movie,” Yonghwa suggested. “There's this really awesome one I wanted to see.”

“Oh, a movie? Again? ... um... ok...” Minrin sighed, but then smiled.

Yonghwa has, for the past month that they've been dating, only brought Minrin to movies, and games and stuff. Minrin didn't want to express her disappointment, so she didn't say anything about it, when indeed, she was very disappointed.

They haven't even kissed yet.

“Well that was a great movie,” Yonghwa stated as they were leaving the theater. “What did you think about it, Minrin-ah?”

“Oh? ah.. um.. yes.” Minrin said simply as she was looking down.

It was getting harder and harder for her to hide the disappointment she was feeling. And as days went by, Minrin was starting to care less and less about even trying to pretend to be happy.

“What's wrong Minrin-ah?” He asked her as they were leaving a video arcade.

“Ah... Yes..” Minrin replied absentmindedly.

“What do you mean 'yes'? I was asking if there's anything wrong with you.”

“Oh... no, of course not. I'm fine.”

Yonghwa placed a hand on her forehead, but then pulled away and shook his head. “You don't have a fever... but do you want me to bring you home?”

“...”

“Ok well.. see you tomorrow, I guess?” Yonghwa said, as he dropped her off at her house. He stepped out of his car, to walk her to the door.

When at the door, Minrin was having a quick debate in her mind.

To kiss or not to kiss, to kiss or not to kiss...?

To kiss...

Suddenly, she turned to her boyfriend, and looked deep into his eyes.

Poor clueless Yonghwa was just staring back at her cluelessly, while she was slowly closing the distance between their lips.

Did they kiss?
 

No they didn't. . .

“I want you in my life, I want you kiss me everyday~~~”

Of course, it was his phone that had to ring at the RIGHT FREAKING MOMENT.

“I'm sick of you,” Minrin mumbled, as Yonghwa who didn't even hear it, answered his phone. She quickly unlocked her door and went in, shutting the door behind her with a bang.

As soon as she heard Yonghwa say bye, and the sound of his car drive off, Minrin collapsed on the floor and sighed.

“If only you really wanted what your song said you wanted... “ ~ I want you kiss me every day ~ “ ? Che-- ..My ...!” she grunted and stood up to go and make herself some dinner. Well it was more of a snack because she was too lazy to make dinner.

[ Two hours later ; Minrin who had been drinking and was now drunk rang Yonghwa at around 11PM. ]

They say when you're drunk, you always speak what's on your mind before really thinking about it.

“Baby...” she spoke into the phone. “Where are you?”

“I'm at home... Minrin, why are you calling me so late... or early? Its it's almost midnight!!”

“Why won't you ever kiss me?” Minrin suddenly asked.

“w..what?”

“Why do you never kiss me?” she practically shouted now. “Do you even love me at all?”

“Of course I love you, Minrin-ah! Why would I even date you if--”

“Then why won't you kiss me?”

“K..Kiss?

Suddenly, a short silence fell upon the two as they stayed on the phone listening, and waiting for the other to say something.

“Let's break up.” Minrin said, and hung up.

A tear fell down her cheek as she realized what she had just said.

Minrin you dumb little girl. You should just wait a little longer! Why are you pushing this relationship? Minrin thought to herself, as she sat in her bed, looking at the shadows the moonlight made in her room. You're really dumb.

She buried her face in the nest created by her arms and cried.

“Minrin-ah!” She suddenly heard her name coming from downstairs. Yonghwa!?

“Don't come in here,” she mumbled quietly, because she found it impossible to speak any louder than that.

“Here you are!” He said, and before Minrin knew it, Yonghwa was on her bed and hugging her tightly.

“Let go you... you...”

“Let go?” Yonghwa spoke deeply, and seriously. “No.”

“I told you... t--”

“That we should break up? No!”

“I don't want to date you anymore! You don't even love me! You won't even ki--”

“Minrin-ah... are you drunk?”

…

“No...” she shook her head, “But--” before she registered how close Yonghwa's face suddenly got, her lips had already been lightly touched by the hot lips she had been waiting to meet for almost a month now.

The kiss didn't last long, but it was long enough to satisfy Minrin.

“There... I've kissed you now,” Yonghwa whispered. “Has anything changed? Are my feelings suddenly clearer to you?”

“Not really...” Minrin admitted.

She was happy that Yonghwa had finally kissed her, but she realized that Yonghwa already loved her very much already. He even got out of bed in the middle of the night and drove to her house, just because she made a drunk call to him and 'broke up with him' .

“...urgh.. tomorrow's surprise is ruined now.” Yonghwa mumbled.

“Huh? Surprise? What for?”

“Our one month anniversary...”

Minrin's eyes widened and she gasped and stared at Yonghwa apologetically. “I'm sorry! ...I'm very impatient aren't I?”

“Haha, It's ok...”

“Well... technically... your surprise was a success.” Minrin giggled, and pointed at the clock, with the big hand pointing at 2, and the shorter hand pointing just barely past 12 toward 1.

12:05 AM

“Happy one month anniversary.” Yonghwa smiled, and kissed her one more time.

Haha, only in kdramas do you see a couple who's been together for about a month and havent kissed yet XD hahaha ^^ that's very sweet and cute though.. which is why I love kdramas :) 8DDD
