Chapter 1: Hum. Usually I dont like too much description about the environment but it was nice in this one. It could have been developed even more for the " wallflower " girl about the bully or the fact she is being ignored so we can really sense what she was feeling and just not knowing by reading her thought. To provoke empathy in brief. The push scene wasn't enough in my opinion.

For Baekhyun and his interaction with Her a little more would have been nice to really feel the bond between them. And the fact he is deaf or almost can be used. Him teaching her sign language, playing lip reading together, make her feel his way of sending the world without sound by putting earplug in her hear so she could understand him. Description of the way he feels when he is not hearing ( loneliness at first then appreciation of his other senses leveling up, the fact to be able to concentrate more on other things like drawing or observing) and when he does ( the noise increased by the hear aid, the music, her voice and laugh, her cry...) in brief add more feelings induced by sensations and not only thoughts.



Of Course it is an attempt to write anew like warming up so it's okay to not develop it that much but it really has a lot more potential and could be a 3 chapters story at least.

The way you wrote the characters is great because it lets the reader understand which are the character feelings and thinking.
