In Love With a Stripper: Red Lights – ACE / SSJ / HC (S.H.E + FLH +Show Lou) Ella is a dancer/bordering on stripper. Nobody knows about it but her best friends Show, Selina, and Hebe. Chun and Arron gets the chance to see her show and while Chun is disinterested, Arron gets fascinated by her dancing skills and develops a crush on her. Chun meets Ella in school and gets to work with her, he too develops a certain fascination for her, but as Sher Lin and not Ella. With two great guys after her, who would Ella choose? And will her passion as a dancer and job as a stripper get in the way with her love life?

Characters:

Ella Chen as Yin Sher Lin “Ells/Ella” = A quiet and unassuming girl at school. She’s smart and she majors in industrial engineering and architecture. Her greatest passion is to sing and dance and even if she’s really good at it, only her closest friends know of this. She works at “Red Lights” as a bartender and performer. Everybody at school thinks she’s just a plain Jane and a know-it-all, but what they don’t know is that she’s hailed as one of the club’s hottest performer.

Show Luo as Tang Yi Dong “Don” = He is Ells’ best friend since birth and thus, has considered Ells to be his sister. He’s so overprotective of her and he would always put Ells first before anything else. He is also in the Performing Arts Club with Zha and Mimi and is considered one of the greatest actors in the club that he always gets the most difficult role. He always expresses his great dislike for Ells’ part –time job and her coworker, No. Contrary to popular belief, he is not in love with Ells, it’s just natural reflex for him to think of Ella before anyone else.

Ikuta Toma as Akira Innui “No” = He is Ells’ coworker in the Red Lights club. He has a crush on Ells but has never got around to admitting it since Don’s always protecting her. He absolutely hates Don and for Don, the feeling is mutual. He’s the one who teaches Ells the art of hip-hop and ballet combined. He has known Ells ever since they were in middle school back in Japan. He went to Taiwan just to be with Ells again after three years separation.

Selina Ren as Wang Mei Li “Mimi” = A funny and outgoing girl who is well liked by the teachers and the students. She is friends with Ells and Zha and majors in fine arts. She has an obvious crush on Don, but doesn’t tell Ells because she thought that Don is in love with her and wouldn’t want to ruin their friendship. Though she doesn’t like the fact that Ells would rather perform in a club rather than performing in school functions, she still supports her. She is with Zha and Don in the Performing Arts Club. She is one of the main actresses in the club.

Hebe Tian as Chen Yu Shan “Zha” = A fun outgoing girl, who is well liked by the teachers and the students. She is friends with Ells and she majors in management engineering. She is head over heels in love with Cal, but she doesn’t show it for fear that her friends might ridicule her. She doesn’t approve of Ells’ part-time job as bartender and continually asks her to join the Performing Arts Club. She is one of the main singers in the club together with Cal.

The Bravos : They are most popular members of the Performing Arts Club because they are hot and also good in the fields they practice. They were named the Bravos because Professor Yen Tian (the performing arts club’s director) always praises them and says “Bravo!”

Wu Chun as Tan Ji Zun “Jhun” = He is the pop singer of the Bravos, and also the hottest one of the bunch. Although considered to be soft-spoken, he can be really rough too especially when playing his favorite sports, basketball. He majors in sports science and is very passionate about songwriting and singing. Although he is good at singing and acting, he’s not that good at dancing, he enlists Sher Lin’s help in dancing.

Aaron Yan as Choi Show Ren “Ron” = He is also a singer for the Bravos, but he likes ballads more than pop. Just like Jhun, he is very serious about his singing and songwriting that he actually majored in voice and songwriting. He is also considered as one of the best dancers in the group. He falls in love immediately with Ella when he saw her performing at Red Lights, he wonders who Ella is but he doesn’t know that he’s been interacting with her during his frequent library visits.

Calvin Chen as Lee Yu Chen “Cal” = He is a singer and an actor for the Bravos. Unlike Jhun, his dancing skills are great. He is also one of the most outgoing member of the group and though he acts immature and childish at times, he’s like an older brother who keeps his three friends sane and in line. He is secretly in love with Zha even if he annoys her relentlessly. He is just afraid that if he acts so concerned and sweet with Zha that it may bring problems for both of them. He considers himself as Ron’s closest friend. He majors in business management.

Jiro Wang as Chu Yuan Chan “Dax” = He is the main actor for the Bravos. He often gets the lead roles and he frequently stars opposite Mimi in most of the school plays and was rumored to be dating Mimi, but they’re not because he knows that Mimi likes Don. He is infatuated with Mimi but doesn’t tell anyone save the other Bravos. He also considers himself as Jhun’s closest friend. He is the most outgoing and the noisiest one in the group. He also majors in fine arts.
