“Eh?” said Rein as she looked at where her friends are peeking at and saw that her boss is happily eating breakfast with a woman in his office 

 

“Who do you think that is?” asked Satomi, their head of sales 

“No idea” shrugged Rein as she indulged on her own breakfast 

“It’s like every month, Sir has different girls ne? Which got me curious, ne Rein-chan, you have been his secretary since like the beginning of time, didn’t you two developed with each other? Didn’t you fell in love with sir?” Chiaki bombarded her with questions 

“EHHHH?!~” exclaimed Rein who almost choked with her food, “Definitely not! Absolutely not!” she added 

“But why? Let’s all be realistic, sir is what a girl is looking for, tall, dark and handsome. Weren’t there a time that you at least had a crush on him?” added Satomi 

“Nope” said Rein flatly 

“ARE YOU LESBIAN?!” said the two in perfect sync and were shocked to what their friend answered 

“Oh come on guys. You think that guy is handsome? HAHAHAHA He is tall, yeah. But handsome? I think he is just average. You think he is cool? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA” Rein laughed her heart out but got confused when her friends suddenly went on their respective work places 

“I think it would be cool if you will hand out my schedule for today, Fukuyama-san” a deep voice said from behind her 

“Oh. Ha..hai..” said Rein as she slowly turn her head up only to see her boss, the Vice President of their company, Taisuke Fujigaya staring at her. 

 

“Fujigaya-san here is your schedule for today: at 10am you have a board meeting with the stakeholders, at 1pm you have a meeting with the CEO of Kitamori Corp., at 3pm you have an interview with an NHK reporter. Also, you want me to put in your sched a date with your new girl? You have plenty of time afterwards.” Rein smirked 

“Oi, oi, oi! Now what’s with that last one?!” don’t try to start with me Rein 

“What? You’re the one who took her here, now you don’t wanna talk about her? Even to your own bestfriend slash secretary slash bodyguard?!” said Rein as she rolled her eyes 

“Shhhh! Tone down your voice will yah?! People might hear that you’re my bodyguard. It’s confidential, remember?!” said Taisuke as he put his index finger on his lips and frantically peeked outside then have the blinds shut 

“HAHAHAHAHA you must’ve seen how you looked like Taipi. You panicked so much. I wish people get to see this side of you as well.” Teased Rein as she laughed her heart out 

“Urusaiyo~~” pouted Taisuke, “And you really think I don’t look cool and that my face just looked average?! I heard what you said a while ago.” He added while still pouting and sulking like a little child 

“You don’t need too much praise. You heard a lot of it everyday! Your head will get bigger and bigger if I too will praise you, geez.” 

“But I wanna know what you think of me.” Taisuke looked up to her with a straight face 

“Eh?” Rein felt a sudden heat on her cheek with that remark from her boss slash bestfriend, “I..I think you should be preparing with your meeting with the stakeholders now.” Said Rein and dashed out his office 

 

“Now what is up with that guy” muttered Rein to herself as she got curious as to why her friends are so busy on their phone 

“What are you guys doing?” 

“Oh, Rein-chan! You’re just in time! You might want to try this app!” said Chiaki as she shows Rein her phone 

“What is that all about?” 

“It’s an app that can help you get into a blind date. You just have to input your preference here and the app will find the type of yours based on what the other users input in their profile.” Explained Satomi as she was creating her account 

“Blind date? So you mean you won’t be able to see what the other users looks like? Isn’t that dangerous?” 

“We are at the right age and we are responsible with ourselves. Of course if you are going to meet with a guy, you do it in a public place and never, ever go with him on a place when it’s just the two of you.” Defended Chiaki 

“I dunno. I am not interested anyway.” Shrugged Rein as she went into her seat 

“Oh come on, Rein-chan! Just try this once ok? You’re at your quarter life now and you still haven’t got yourself a boyfriend. You don’t even have a crush on someone. You are not interested with men!” said Satomi frustratingly 

“Now I really am thinking that you’re a lesbian.” Chuckled Chiaki 

“Onegai, Rein-chan. Try this app with us.” Pleaded Satomi 

“Geez. So persistent. All right, all right. Create me an account.” Sighed Rein in defeat 

“Yatta!” exclaimed both Chiaki and Satomi and off they went in creating Rein an account 

“So what do you want in a guy?” asked Chiaki as she was typing in the app 

“Hmmm. I dunno. Tall? Kind?” Rein scratched the back of her head 

“That’s too common! Be more unique so that the app can filter it the closest to your preference.” Said Satomi 

“Geez. This is hard ne. I’m like having to answer an essay.” Complained Rein and rolls her eyes 

“Ok. Put there that I want a guy who loves anime, who reads manga, who likes to go to cons. There, I bet no one is like that.” Laughed Rein 

“Ok. Matte. And posted!” announced Yuki 

“Thank you for creating me an account but I think that is just a waste of time because I think there will no one who-“ Rein got interrupted as Chiaki squealed 

“OMG! The app found you a compatible to your preference!!!” 

“EHHHHH?!” Rein’s eyes widened to whatChiaki said 

“Kyaaaah~~ so lucky! Told you it’s gonna work.” Nudged Satomi 

“Here, you talk to this guy ok? Goodluck on your blind date.” Winked Chiaki 

 

Later that night… 

 

“Goodness. It’s already 10pm. I was so indulged with work that I haven’t noticed the time.” Said Taisuke as he massaged his nape and stretched a bit, “I wonder if Rein’s still here.” He stood up and went out his office to check on Rein 

“Rein? You still there? Oh, looks like she’s still at her work place.” He then walked towards Rein’s work place and was frozen to see who was in there 

“Missed me, Taisuke?” said a girl who looked so distressed as she looked at Taisuke maniacally 

“Ha..Harumi?” gulped Taisuke as he looked at the girl and was still frozen at his place 

“I missed you so much. Since the day you broke up with me, you’re always in my mind. I want you back Taisuke. I want you.” Said the girl maniacally as she slowly stood from the chair and showed Taisuke the kitchen knife she is holding 

“Wha..what do you want?!” startled Taisuke 

“You. I want you. Come back to me.” Said the girl as she walks to him closer and closer 

“I..I said we’re over! You’re too obsessed!” 

“Yes. I’m crazy for you Taisuke. Let’s be together. If I can’t have you here, maybe I will have you on the afterlife.” Said the girl as she the kitchen knife and still continue walks towards Taisuke 

“Go away!” shouted Taisuke “Shoot. If only Rein is here. Where are you Rein?! REIN!!!!” he thought and closed his eyes 

“I love you Taisuke! Let’s rot in hell together!” shouted the girl and ran towards Taisuke and was about to stab Taisuke with the knife when… 

“Geez. I just went to the comfort room for a minute and you got yourself in trouble already?” hissed Rein as she holds the girl’s arm and used her elbow to hit her hand to drop off the knife 

“Rein!!” exclaimed Taisuke as she looked at her 

“You always get yourself yandere ex-girlfriends” Laughed Rein 

“Let go of me!” said the girl as she tried to pull herself from Rein’s grip 

“Shhh. Don’t struggle missy. You won’t get hurt if you just stay calm.” Smirked Rein while still holding onto the girl 

“Urusai! Let go of me!” shouted the girl and pulled another knife at her back pocket and was about to stab Rein. Good thing Rein was fast enough to notice the knife. She managed to dodged the stab but got her arm cut by doing so 

“! This  wants to get hurt eh. I’ll give you what you want.” Rein said as she elbowed the girl at the stomach and hit her again with her hands at the nape causing her to lose consciousness. 

“That was easy.” Rein said as she dust off herself and looked at the cut on her arm 

“Rein, daijoubu?! You got a cut!” Taisuke panicked while checking on Rein 

“Geez. Relax Taipi. It’s just a tiny, light cut. Nothing serious about it.” 

“No. We need to take you to the hospital! The knife she used might got tetanus on it.” Taisuke insisted 

“Goodness, Taipi! You’re overreacting. We don’t need to go to the hospital. I don’t want to go to the hospital just because of this!” declined Rein 

“Tsk. Such a stubborn brat. Alright, alright, I won’t take you to the doctor but I’ll tend on it, ok?” Taisuke said firmly 

“Fine. As if I have a choice.” Rein sighed, “Now, let’s take care of this crazy first.” 

 

At Taisuke’s mansion(yes, mansion. He is THAT rich. Hahaha)… 

 

“Alright. Gimme your arm.” 

“Tsk. Do we really need to do this?” complained Rein 

“Doctor or me?” Taisuke raised an eyebrow as he prepares his first aid kit 

“Fine. Do it.” Rein rolls her eyes and let Taisuke tend her arm 

“Arigatou, Rein.” Said Taisuke as he tends her wound 

“Why thank me? That’s my job. Well, even if that’s not my job, I will still protect you if I saw you in that kind of situation.” Said Rein 

Upon hearing this, Taisuke felt a burning sensation at his cheeks. 

“Gomen, I caused you this. You got hurt because of me.” 

“Again, it’s my job.” Rein chuckled 

“Anooo..are you getting tired being my bodyguard? I mean, you’re a girl but I’m making you protect me. I’m the worst aren’t I?” sighed Taisuke as he finished tending her wound 

“Baka” Rein said plainly 

“You think I will continue doing this if I don’t like what I’m doing? Yes, it’s my job, but I feel like it’s just like the old days. You know, us being together everyday, at our neighborhood, at school. Somewhat, I like this job since I can still spend time with my ever busy bestfriend.” Laughed Rein 

“Rein” Taisuke looked at her with serious expression and hugged her which caught Rein off guard 

“Ittai! Yamete bakero!” shouted Rein as her cut got squeezed when Taisuke hugged her 

“Omou~~ gomen ne Rein! Did the wound opened?” Taisuke panicked again and checked on Rein 

“Don’t touch it, baka! It’s fine. Just go to sleep. I’ll go home now.” Rein bid goodbye and was about to leave when Taisuke held her hand and looked at her 

“Stay here for tonight. Onegai?” Taisuke pleaded which made Rein blushed 

“Eh?” 

“It’s already super late, plus you’re hurt. I don’t want to get you in danger once you go home at this hour.” 

“You’re underestimating me?!” complained Rein which made Taisuke sighed in frustration 

“Such a brat! Ok, as your boss, I am ordering you to stay here for the night. No buts.” Taisuke said firmly 

“Fine. Fine. Geez. So strict.” Laughed Rein, “I’ll be going to my room now. You sleep well ok?” said Rein and went off 

 

“Geez. What was that.” Taisuke took a deep breath as he watches Rein get out of the room, “Why is my heart…beating fast?” he muttered as he holds onto his chest 

 

The next day… 

 

“Dude! You’re very much in love with Rein!” Tamamori exclaimed which made Taisuke covered his mouth shut 

“Urusai! Don’t be so loud! People outside might hear you!” Taisuke said as he immediately peeked outside his office window to see if there are people outside 

“Take that hand off me! What’s wrong with you? I thought you were that cool guy who can easily get the girl he wants.” Tamamori chuckled 

“I know. Demo, I think that is not what I’m feeling towards Rein. You know that she is like my imouto.” 

“Imouto eh? Is that why you’re so concerned about her?” 

“hai” 

“ok then~ tell yourself what you want to believe in.” Tamamori chuckles as he took a sip of his coffee 

 

Meanwhile… 

“Ne Rein-chan, so how is that blind date of yours going?” asked Satomi 

“Oh, I think it is going fine. We took each other’s numbers and we are about to meet next week.” Said Rein 

“Kyaaaah~~ so it’s going to the next level! Did you took his facebook account as well? You can see how he looked like on his facebook account.” Cbiaki butted in 

“I searched him on facebook but he does not upload pictures of himself online.” Said Rein 

“Maybe he’s a shy guy. Kawaii ne~~” giggled Satomi 

 

After work… 

 

“Ne Rein, are you going home this weekend? It’s Tanabata festival at our hometown.” Said Taisuke as they are preparing to leave from work 

“Ah hai. I missed Ojiji and Obaba as well. How about you though?” 

“I’m going as well. Kachan said she missed me and she’s sulking coz she thinks I don’t miss her. Geez, such a drama queen.” He said as he laughs while telling this to Rein 

“You’re their only child, that is why she feels that way. You have more time to spend with your girlssss than your mom. Maybe she gets jealous.” Rein laughs, “Speaking of, the girl the other day, won’t you take her home? So she could get to know your parents as well.” 

“Oh, you mean Shiori? She’s gonna be on a business trip this weekend. Besides, you know I don’t take girls at home.” Laughed Taisuke 

“Geez. When will you get serious in your relationship? That’s why you always get yourself into trouble.” Rein rolled her eyes 

“Geez. Don’t scold me like a mother. I’m still young and I wanna enjoy life. You should enjoy it as well. Get yourself a boyfriend.” 

“If my blind date goes well, I might have myself a boyfriend.” Rein laughs 

“Eh? Blind date?” said Taisuke who seemed to be caught off guard by the remarks of Rein 

“Hai. Satomi and Chiaki created me an account into this dating app where people will be paired according to their preference and then later on can get to go on a blind date and get to know each other more.” Explained Rein 

“eh? Won’t it be too dangerous?” said Taisuke worriedly 

“you’re really worried about me? Your bodyguard.” Said Rein sarcastically 

“I’m just telling. Geez!” pouted Taisuke 

“Don’t worry about me. I can take care of myself.” Said Rein proudly 

 

The next day… 

 

“I’m so excited to see Ojiji and Obaba!” said Rein happily 

“Ha..hai. anooo…I still get nervous whenever I visit your place, Rein.” Gulped Taisuke as he looked at the massive bamboo gate in front of him with large dragon sculptures at both sides 

“What are you saying? You’ve been here almost everyday when we are kids.” Laughed Rein as the massive bamboo gate opened 

“WELCOME HOME, BOSS!” bowed the  male servants who lined up and made a way for them 

“Geez, you don’t need to do that. Stand straight now, come on.” Said Rein as they walk their way inside the old Japanese styled household 

“Ojiji! Obaba!” Rein happily went inside the living room and hugged the two elders in front of her 

“Rein! We missed you.” Hugged her grandmother 

“We’re glad you finally arrived. We missed you.” Smiled her grandfather 

“Hai. We came to visit and for the Tanabata festival as well.” 

“O..ohayo.” bowed Taisuke 

“Is this Taisuke already? You’ve grown into a fine man ne.” greeted her grandmother as she smiled warmly at him 

“No need to be so formal, you’re like our grandson already. You always feel at home ne.” smiled her grandfather, “So how’s the business going on in Tokyo, Taisuke?” the old man added 

“Oh. It’s going well, we always reach our target sales.” Replied Taisuke 

“Are you still bothered with threats?” added the old woman as tea are served at them 

“You betcha, Obaba. He just got attacked by his yandere ex-girlfriend just the other night.” Rein butted in 

“Oi! You don’t need to tell them that.” Pouted Taisuke, “Demo, it’s true. I guess I’m a magnet to trouble after all. Ever since I was a kid until now.” Sighed Taisuke as he looked at his tea 

“Don’t say that. We wish you nothing but your safety.” Said the old man 

“Back when I was a kid, I owe a lot to you, to this household. And now that I’m all grown up, I still owe it but to Rein this time. She had helped me a lot.” Said Taisuke 

“You know we are always willing to help.” Reassured the old man 

 

Later that day, the two visited Taisuke’s home. 

 

“Taipi!” welcomed his mom as they entered the huge mansion 

“Kachan. How are you?” 

“I’m fine. I Missed you.” She said and ruffles his hair 

“Geez. Yamete.” 

“Kyaaaaah~ you brought Rein-chan with youuuu!” his mom squealed like a fangirl upon seeing Rein and immediately hugged her 

“Of course I’ll bring her with me because you told me you wanna see her too. Geez.” Replied Taisuke 

“Oh! Hi, Auntie.” Greeted Rein as she was surprised when she got attacked by the hug 

“Rein, Taisuke, welcome back.” Greeted Taisuke’s father as he went down the stairs 

“Hisashiburi, uncle.” Greeted Rein 

“Tadaima  Touchan.” Greeted Taisuke 

“Tell us more about your life in Tokyo while we eat ne?” said his mom 

 

 

“So Rein-chan, hasn’t my son confessed to you?” Taisuke’s mom suddenly asked while they’re eating 

“EHHHH?!” exclaimed Rein and Taisuke in perfect sync as they almost choked on their foods 

“Kachan! When in the world did you got that idea?!” hissed Taisuke 

“Eh? I thought you like her? Besides, I’ve always known that you are made for each other.” Replied his mom 

“Anooo..auntie, you got it all wrong. Me and Taipi, we’re just bestfriends ok? Nothing more, nothing less.” Defended Rein 

“Wakatta, wakatta.” Chuckles Taisuke’s mom 

 

Later that night… 

 

“Rein-chan, I heard you’re going to the Tanabata festival later. You better wear a yukatta.” Rein’s grandma said as she entered her room 

“Eh? Yukatta? I don’t want to, Obaba. I think that is not necessary.” Said Rein 

“Oh come on. I always wanted to give you this yukatta for you to wear on occasions like this. Wear this ne. Onegai, Rein-chan.” Smiled her grandma as she shows her a white box with cherry blossom imprints on it 

“Geez. What else can I do? You know I can’t say no to you, Obaba.” Sighed Rein in defeat 

 

“Geez. What is taking Rein so loooong?” pouted Taisuke as he looked at his watch for like the nth time 

“Gomen ne, I took so long Taipi.” Said Rein as she went near Taisuke while having a hard time walking on her bamboo slippers 

“Rein…chan…” muttered Taisuke as he looked at the lady in front of him wearing a light pink yukatta with cherry blossom imprints on it and embellished with small pearls 

“What? Do I look weird?” asked Rein as she shows herself to Taisuke 

“No..no..you look…beautiful.” Said Taisuke as he gulped while staring at Rein who is all dolled up in front of him 

“Obaba made me wear this. I told her I don’t want to but you know I can’t say no to her.” Said Rein 

“Well, your obachan did the right thing to made you wear this. It suits you perfectly.” Smiled Taisuke 

“You’ve been praising me a lot tonight eh. Makes me cringe.” Laughed Rein 

“Tsk. Let’s just go ok? We’re late.” Said Taisuke as he holds her hand and assists her in walking, “Can you walk a bit finesse than this?” 

“Why don’t you try wearing this you baka!” hissed Rein while still having a hard time walking on her bamboo slippers 

“Kawaii na Rein” chuckles Taisuke 

So the two went off to the Tanabata festival where they enjoyed various games; Rein showed her skills in basketball while Taisuke showed how sharp shooter he is. Different food stalls are also available and of course, Rein enjoyed that, A LOT. 

 

“Lets sit here, the fireworks show will start in a bit.” Said Taisuke as they sit at the nearby bench and took some rest 

“I had fun. I’m glad I came here today.” Said Rein 

“Me too. I feel so normal. You know, no meetings, no business agendas, no creepy ex-girlfriends. I can just be the normal me.” Smiled Taisuke 

“Yeah. It’s hard trying to hide the real you ne. So I’m glad I worked for you too, since once in a while, I can get to show you the true me. It’s hard to act all respectful to you, you know!” Rein laughed 

“Oh! The fireworks show is starting!” said Taisuke and pointed at the night sky which is now being lit up by beautiful and colorful fireworks 

“Kireii” said Rein as she looked up 

“Hai. Beautiful.” Muttered Taisuke as she stares at Rein which made Rein look at him as well 

“Rein…” muttered Taisuke as he gently put a kiss at her lips 

“Tai…pi…” Rein blinked as their lips parted from the kiss 

“Rein…anooo…go…gomen…” said Taisuke as he was all flustered and blushing from the kiss 

“I…I…I…” 

“I know, you just got carried away by the moment. I understand.” Rein said and smiled faintly, “Let’s go home now.” 

 

 

The next day, Taisuke and Rein went off to Tokyo. While Taisuke is driving, he can’t focus with all the awkward atmosphere between him and Rein. What happened last night still bugs him as well. Out of frustration, Taisuke stopped the car at the side and immediately dragged Rein out the car. 

 

“Oi! What are you doing?! Let go off me!!” protested Rein 

“Stop protesting and just come with me.” Said Taisuke as he is not letting go of Rein’s hand 

“You’ll gonna drive that in’ car or I’m gonna make that face of yours a punching bag?!” shouted Rein 

“I don’t care if you use my face as a punching bag, we need to talk. Now!” said Taisuke firmly as he carried Rein like a sack of rice on his shoulder 

“Oi!! Put me down! I said put me down Taisuke!!!” resisted Rein 

“So you really are mad at me ne. You called me by my name.” chuckles Taisuke as he put Rein down by the riverbanks 

“What do you want, you punk?!” hissed Rein 

“I just want to talk to you.” 

“Talk to me about what?” 

“About last night.” 

“Didn’t I told you, I already get it. You just got carried away with the moment.” 

“No.” 

“No?” 

“I..I mean..It’s not like that.” 

“Then what?” 

“Anooo..geez, I can’t explain!” said Taisuke frustratingly as he messed up his hair 

“You think I’m the same as the girls that you dated?” asked Rein coldly 

“Eh?” 

“You think you can get me just like them? Is that what it is, huh Taisuke?!” asked Rein 

“No. No. That idea never crossed my mind!” explained Taisuke 

“Then what?!” exclaimed Rein 

“I don’t know! Maybe I like you after all?!” said Taisuke and was frozen to what he just said and made Rein blushed 

“What? Are you kidding me?” laughed Rein, “How can you say that when we all know that we’re like siblings.” She added 

“Geez! I don’t know! Just accept my apologies, please!” pleaded Taisuke 

“Is that so?” said Rein as she punched him hard on the face which shocked Taisuke and made him fall on the grass 

“Wha..what was that for?” asked Taisuke as he felt a blood drop at the side of his lips 

“I’ve been holding this since last night. I really want to punch you straight at the face when you kissed me! That was my first kiss and you stole it!” said Rein as she landed another punch at Taisuke’s face, “Plus, you said it’s fine with you if I make your face a punching bag, right?” she added 

“If that’s the only way for you to forgive me, then do as you please.” Said Taisuke as he laid there at the grass 

“Urusai you jerk!” exclaimed Rein as she throw punches at him. Tired, she lay beside him at the grass 

“You released all your anger now?” chuckled Taisuke 

“Urusai.” Said Rein 

 

Later that day, Taisuke met with Shiori, his current girlfriend. 

 

“Taisuke! What happened to you? Did you got yourself in trouble when you’re at your hometown?” asked Shiori as she saw Taisuke’s face with band aids 

“Oh. Nah. This is nothing. Just fell off when I was riding my motorcycle.” Replied Taisuke 

“Mouuu. You should’ve been careful. Look what happened to your face.” Pouted Shiori as she caress Taisuke’s face 

“Geez. Don’t worry about it. This will heal soon.” Chuckled Taisuke 

“Ne, are you ready for tomorrow’s annual convention for entrepreneurs? Many businessmen and women are gonna be there! We can both meet someone who we can be in partnership with so that our businesses will grow more.” Said Shiori excitedly 

“Ah. Hai.” 

“You’ll gonna be my date, ne?” said Shiori 

“Oh. Yeah. Sure.” Replied Taisuke 

“Good! Now let’s go to the mall and shop for clothes that we’ll gonna wear tomorrow!” said Shiori excitedly 

“Eh? Hai.” Said Taisuke and found himself being dragged by the petite lady clinging at his arm since a while ago. 

 

The next day... 

 

“Ohayo!” greeted Rein as she goes to her seat 

“OMG REIN!” Sato and Chiaki both shouted which shook Rein 

“What is wrong with you guys?! You scared the out of me!” hissed Rein as she holds onto her chest and looked so shocked 

“You’re asking us what is wrong with us? What is wrong with YOU?!” said Chiaki in disbelief 

“Yeah, particularly the clothes you’re wearing!” added Sato in frustration 

“Eh? What’s wrong with my clothes? This is what I always wear to work.” said Rein as she scanned her clothes 

“On a normal day, baka! But today is special remember! Today is your blind date!” said Chiaki 

“Yeah, I know. And so?” asked Rein who looks so clueless 

“Aish! This girl has really no clue how to dress up on a date” sighed Sato in frustration 

“Black blazer partnered with black slacks, only the sunglasses are missing and you look like a bodyguard” sighed Chiaki 

“But I am a bodyguard” Rein thought, “Ok, ok. If this is unacceptable, what do you want me to wear? I didn’t bring any other clothes!” 

“We knew this is coming so we bought you some cute clothes that you can wear later” said Chiaki proudly and hands Rein a paper bag 

“Now go and try it out!” said Sato as she pushed Rein inside the comfort room 

 

“Anooo...what do you guys think?” asked Rein as she showed her the clothes that her friends bought for her 

“KYAAAAAAH!!! You look gorgeous, Rein-chan!” squeeled Chiaki and Sato as they stare at Rein wearing a light pink chiffon top with ribbon partnered with black skirt which hugs her body well revealing her curves 

“Don’t I look weird?” said Rein as she tries to pull her skirt down 

“Baka! Don’t pull it down. You look amazing, Rein! I almost didn’t recognize you.” said Sato as she fixed the ribbon of Rein’s top 

“Geez. Do I really need to wear this? I’m uncomfortable in this” said Rein 

“Yes you do! First impression is important. Remember that, ok?” said Chiaki 

“Come here, lemme curl your hair for you.” said Sato as she dragged Rein and curls her hair 

“Lemme give you some light make up as well” said Chiaki happily and off she does her make up 

“Geez, am I your doll?” sighed Rein 

“Fukuyama-san please fix my...schedule...wha...what is going on here?” asked Taisuke as he stares at Rein and was frozen to his place 

“Ah betsuni! It’s nothing. Right, guys?” said Rein as Sato and Chiaki went back to their respective places 

“Oh...ok...well follow me at my office.” said Taisuke as he storms off and goes to his office 

“Told you it suits you” winked Chiaki as Rein dragged herself at Taisuke’s office 

 

“What’s up with your look?” asked Taisuke as soon as rein entered his office 

“It’s Chiaki and Sato’s idea. They let me wear this for my blind date later.” explained Rein as she went  with Taisuke’s schedule 

“Blind...date?” asked Taisuke confusedly 

“Have you forgotten? I told you about it last week. I met a guy from a dating app and later we will get to meet each other personally. Chiaki and Sato helped me dress up. They said first impression is important” said Rein 

“Ah..yeah..so it is today ne” uttered Taisuke 

“Hai. Ok, so for your schedule today, you need to attend the annual convention for entrepreneurs with Shiori-san. Should I clear your schedule for the rest of the day?” asked Rein 

“Ah..hai. I think I will be at the convention the whole day” said Taisuke 

“Wakatta. Speaking of, since you will be at the convention the whole day, may I leave for work early for my blind date later?” asked Rein 

“Ehh? Nani? Oh..Yeah. I guess.” uttered Taisuke 

“Arigatou” said Rein 

“Taisuke! Shall we go now?” asked Shiori as she enters Taisuke’s office and was surprised to see Rein 

“Wow Fukuyama-san, is that you? I didn’t recognize you there.” she continue 

“Ah. Hai. Please excuse me.” said Rein and went out the office 

 

Taisuke and Shiori went to the convention but Taisuke cannot focus the whole day. His mind was occupied with the thought of Rein. Later that day, Rein went out of work earlier than usual to meet her blind date. She immediately went into the restaurant where she saw a guy sitting alone and appraoched him.
