Foreword

Hae.. ‘leeteuk the eldest of the four quietly push the door open flashing a soft smile at the younger as he caught him the older twin hair with a sad expression, ‘he’s still sleeping ?

Yes hyung he is , it’s been like this , I hope someday he can sleep without having this oxygen mask stuck on him  and this heart monitor.‘ donghae the youngest of the four muttered lowly while gazing at the older with a sad look.

Leeteuk leans in as well and gently the younger hands ‘don’t worry hae he’s a fighter.

Flashback

‘Good day mr and mrs lee , well I have a good news and bad news for the two of you’ doctor lee hanchul muttered as he gaze at the couple . The good news is that one of the twins is indeed healthy and you can take him home in three days ‘ the couple were happy to hear that but then they both turned to look at the doctor before mr. lee asked’

then what about the older twin?’

the doctor takes a deep breath as slowly said’ the bad news is that.. it seems we need to keep the oldest twin here, during the delivery when we pulled him out he was having a hard time to breath you saw it mr. lee the child skin is turning bluish that’s why , we hurried him to the infirmary and get him check .It’s too early to say it but it’s seems you’re child is experiencing  Con central hypoventilation syndrome (CCHS) it’s a is a rare genetic disorder of the autonomic nervous system that affects breathing. It causes a person to hypoventilate (especially during sleep), resulting in a shortage of oxygen and a buildup of carbon dioxide in the blood , like I said it’s too early to clarify it.. we still need a proper diagnosis.

The couple could only hug each other as Mrs. Lee cried on her husband arms, as she watched her child with an oxygen tube attached on his mouth and a heart monitor beside him.
