Description
Lee Yeon Hee had the same dream job set for herself. She has always dreamt of becoming a singer. Her dedication and persistence to becoming a singer was enormous. But she has always been made fun of or teased because of her bad voice. No one ever thought of her to be a singer, no matter how many lessons she would take, they never thought she would actually be good at singing. Her teachers tried to persuade her to forget her dream, and her mom wanted her to follow her footsteps into becoming a doctor. One day, Yeonhee decided to prove everyone wrong and audition for SM entertainment. Her mom and dad are divorced and her mom has a boyfriend who works at Sm, and is one of the judges for the audition.
Yeonhee and Jonghyun later meet. He saw how dedicated Yeonhee was, and promised to help her. While helping her, Jonghyun tried to help Key who was always so rude and only thought of himself. Fight after fight, Jonghyun needed someone to change him, and Yeonhee was the perfect option. Yeonhee agrees and slowly changes Key's view of the world. Both Jonghyun and Key slowly fall in love with Yeonhee. Problems arouse as Yeonhee's fighting for her dream to come true, but there are so many people who block her from it. Will she ever become a singer? Or will she end up following her mother's footstep? Will Key change his ways or is it all just an act? Please read to find out!!!! ^^

"BOO!! GET OFF THE STAGE!!!" "YOU !!!" "QUIT SINGING!!!" "IT HURTS-IT HURTS-" "WHAT A HORRIBLE VOICE....DOES SHE THINK SHE CAN EVER BECOME A SINGER?" was all i heard from the crowd.
I sadly walked off stage and cried. Every single talent show my high school had, was like this. Everyone made fun of me.
Why can't they see how I see music?
It's not the melody that gets to you, it's the lyrics and the singer's emotion they put in that make a song a song. It's the persistence, dedication, and hard work that makes all the difference.
Why doesn't anyone see how I see? I wish I can meet someone who I can share the same veiw as me. I wish I was gifted in singing so that I wouldn't be made fun of again...
I cried, and cried and cried until someone tapped my shoulder. It was my teachers...ALL of them. They looked at me with sorrow and I hated it.
"Honey, just give up your dream."
"It's not your path to take. Do you think you can make a living with just singing?"
"People who sing are stupid and you have potential to be something bigger and better...forget about your dream."
"Dreams are never meant to come true, they are meant to give you hope and crush you when you do. Yeonhee-ah, let it go..."
Anger boiling inside me, I jumped up from where i was cornered, wiped my tears, and ran off. Running away, I saw my mom. She was just as disappointed as I was.
That's it. I'll prove all of those jerks wrong. I'm going to sing. No matter how many people push me down, I'm going to sing.
