For all the boys who are looking for a house to live, check this out. Girls, I'm sorry! For the time being, we only have rooms available for boys. Will post further announcement if we have rooms available for girls!

The theme is simple: Apartment AU (crack-au) where you can be whoever you want and do whatever you want. You can stay as your desire idol or create your own occupation. We created this place as a platform for all the tenants to be actively engaged with others while at the same time having the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals around.

What makes this place different is less restriction on IC and OOC as you can live your original life here while portraying a character of your choice. Sleepy Valley is here to provide you with the best service to let you enjoy your day or just simply an escape place.

01 Subscribe please :) This is a crack-au but we welcome all kind of literacies.

02 Be respectful to other tenants. Rudeness will not be tolerated. Left someone hanging outside your room (left on read) is also not appreciated.

03 Check masterlist before deciding to move in.

04 There is no dating ban. You do you bro, love whoever you want but please avoid any drama. Move in couple please inform the landlords. *Facechasing is not appreciated

05 Please inform the landlords if you would be out of town (hiatus and semi-hiatus). Also, please let the landlords know before you're moving out (leave).

06. Every tenant is required to pay their rent every week. You would have to pay your rent in Main House. Upon failure to do so, will result in a termination of the agreement or move out from our house. :(
*Pay rent means be active/show up in gc (Main House) and engage in conversation twice a week with other tenants.

08 Further information and instruction will be sent personally on the first day you move in. One of the landlords will ask you to sign the lease agreement.
