Stay (the night)

Description

Working for a broadcasting station, Jongdae gets sent to Rome, Italy to gather locations for the filming of an upcoming romance drama. He expects little of the trip, especially not to meet an extremely charming salesman and accidentally live out the drama himself.

Foreword

i wrote most of this about a year ago, but life has absolutely been a lot since then and i haven't had the time/motivation to finish it until now. it's served as an excellent distraction from less fortunate events that have happened this year, i discovered. this is basically a self indulgent au where the characters eat a lot of stereotypical italian food, and it is also probably the most romance-y fic i've ever written. please note that i'm a bit unsure about the ratings on this site, so i rated it M for safety.
before you get on with reading this, i'd also like to apologise in advance for any inaccuracies when it comes to my depiction of rome/italy. i've only been there briefly. now, enjoy!

Chapter 1: ... I okay so how do I start this.... I was and still am so overwhelmed by this amazing piece of cheesy ^_~ art. I must admit that at some parts I even had to put my phone down and collect myself for a few seconds before continuing reading. I actually felt like I was watching a drama and have been rooting for my favourite pairing and main character. I was so invested in reading this that I was rally sad when I reached the ending ㅠㅠㅠ but you know what they say an ending is just the start of something new ^•^ I throughly enjoyed this story which had me chuckling, sad and happy ... as well as unbelievably curious of what Jongdae’s next course of action will be.... aaaa a second season of Stay (the night) but day version just like Baek’s album .... Stay my dear (day after day) .... sounds good right? Nonetheless thank you so much for this I genuinely enjoyed every single thing about this story and am anticipating your future works!!!
