Description

decided to jump into the bandwagon — you all know the drill, right? here goes some info on my preferences and stuff:

— i'm in gmt-3. usually, reply within 4-5 hours depending on my schedule (which can be pretty messy at times), but I like to think I'm a fairly quick replier. as i am quarentined my replies have been more frequent.
— I'm more comfortable with 3rd pov, medium-long paras, lit to semi-lit and AU plots but nah let's just plot guys.
—  i do not have preferences on being sub/dom/switch!! i prefer roleplaying males, but i can do well with females.
— my usual choices of face claim are x1/VICTON's han seungwooexo's baekhyun, IKON's kim jinhwan and NCT's ten & renjun for males, as for females i like dreamcatcher's siyeon & jiu,  itzy's yeji, red velvet's seulgi & joy but i'm also comfortable playing any other faces, even westerns, i do not mind much about that, with that, i am open for suggestions!
— i'm totally up for anything, so feel free to choose whoever you're more comfortable with!
I do only roleplay with people, please respect that, I want to trust you

"GENERAL" PLOTS

  • PLOT ONE; LOYALTY

When Muse A (someone who’s led a comfortable life in a stable home) encounters Muse B (someone who’s struggled since birth and was raised by members of the neighborhood gang) on a hot summer night, an unlikely romance blossoms. As opposite as the pair of them are in circumstances and attitudes, they click somehow; initially, Muse B sees no reason to share that they’re affiliated with a notorious gang. As long as they’re careful it won’t ever be an issue, right? Muse A and Muse B’s relationship progresses in a positive direction until one night when Muse B’s car is tailed by someone from a rival gang while Muse A and Muse B are on a date. Without warning, the blissfully-ignorant couple is caught up in a drive-by. No one is critically harmed, but Muse A is definitely shaken. Though grateful that they both survive with minimal injuries, Muse A’s entire world is turned upside down when Muse B admits that they were the intended target due to their gang ties. Muse A - who couldn’t be further removed from that type of lifestyle- is devastated. Despite Muse B’s attempts at reassurance, Muse A is fearful for Muse B’s life and also for the safety of their own loved ones now that they know the truth of Muse B’s background. Muse A has to wonder if the feelings they have for Muse B are enough to justify putting themselves and their friends/family in danger. Will Muse A end up giving Muse B an ultimatum? Will Muse B choose loyalty to the one they love or to the only family they’ve known?

  • PLOT TWO; STRICTLY BUSINESS

Muse A is a wealthy CEO who runs their own fortune 500 company in a bustling city. Muse A is in their 30s-40s and has been married to their college sweetheart for 12 years, though the passion between them has long since fizzled out. Muse B is a 20-something, fresh out of college, possessing a business degree and needing to get their foot in the door of the business world. Muse B is lucky enough to be hired by Muse A’s firm and becomes Muse A’s personal assistant/secretary. Muse A and Muse B exchange pleasantries from day to day but don’t socialize much beyond the details of their business together. One evening, Muse B gets a call from Muse A asking a favor. Muse A must go to a charity gala and their spouse is not able to attend; they want Muse B to attend the event with them. Muse B is flattered and agrees to go for the sake of not letting their boss down.

Muse A sends a private car for Muse B along with an expensive outfit for them to wear. When Muse B arrives at the gala, they are blown away by the elegant venue. Champagne is flowing freely and Muse A looks attractive as ever in formal wear. Throughout the evening, Muse A reveals a playful, charming side to Muse B that they don’t get to see in the office. Muse A is flirtatious even, lightly touching the small of Muse B’s back, sliding their arm around Muse B’s shoulder, complimenting Muse B in front of business associates. Muse B knows that they shouldn’t read to heavily into Muse A’s flirtation because Muse A is married and they work together, but it’s difficult not to get swept up.

When the gala is over, Muse A insists that they retire to the hotel room they’ve reserved upstairs until they’ve sobered up some. Muse B agrees to stay and the pair takes the elevator up to a penthouse suite, the likes of which Muse B has only seen on luxury blogs and in travel magazines. Fueled by a mutual attraction and champagne, Muse A makes a bold move on Muse B, crossing professional and marital lines. Muse B feels guilty the next morning, knowing that Muse A is married, but the attraction between boss and employee can no longer be ignored. Over the course of the following weeks, Muse A and Muse B embark on a secret affair; sharing intimate moments between business meetings, going away on overnight “business trips” together, indulging in private shopping sprees with Muse B’s platinum card.

  • PLOT THREE; ROOM 133

Muse A has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital and is currently undergoing a long term evaluation. Muse B is a volunteer at the hospital. They bring the families of the residents anything they may need, sit with patients that have no visitors, or simply act as a good listener when needed. A doctor on staff directs Muse B to Muse A, explaining that Muse A is very much alert, but does not respond to anyone that attempts to interact with them. The doctor suggests that Muse B sit with Muse A on the next day, perhaps reading them a novel or telling stories in the hopes that a fresh face who is neither staff nor patient will garner a positive response. Muse B signs in the following day with a copy of their favorite book in hand and sits at Muse A’s side to read. Muse A does not respond for days on end, but one afternoon they finally make eye contact with Muse B, the hint of a smile on their features, looking forward to continuing the story. Muse B is overwhelmed by the small gesture, suddenly hit by the realization that in spite of Muse A’s complete and utter silence, they have grown incredibly fond of them. As the novel progresses, so does the connection between volunteer and patient. Only when the last page has been read aloud does Muse A finally speak to Muse B.

Option 1: Muse A has been faking all along in hopes of using insanity as their defense in a criminal court case against them. Muse B discovers this and is embarrassed and heartbroken.

Option 2: Muse B confesses their feelings to Muse A, who reciprocates and in turn informs Muse B of the reason for their admittance to the hospital. Muse B promises to stand by Muse A, no matter what happens.

  • PLOT FOUR; WAR STORIES

Two bordering countries’ seething politics have come to ahead. War has been officially announced and several battles have been fought by drafted soldiers. While each side struggles to fortify their borders and neighborhoods near the epicenter of the fight are abandoned by civilians and families fleeing from battles, the countries settle in for what will be a very long winter.

a) Muse A is a drafted soldier who was wounded in one of their first battles, only to wake up in a town on the other side of the border after scavengers mistook them for one of their own. In order to survive, they must begin a subterfuge, masquerading as a soldier from the other side, and somehow manage to fool Muse B, the person who’s been caring for them since they were saved. When the town is invaded by their own side, they’re faced with a decision: protecting their saviors or rejoining their country. Optional: Muse B found an I.D. on them initially and knew the entire time.

b) An abandoned neighborhood is converted into a makeshift hospital at the border between each country and is noted for treating soldiers and civilians from both sides of the war. Muse A, a nurse in much demand, and Muse B, a field medic who visits battlefields to find wounded and return with them, face the overwhelming number of patients and their needs. Between trying to find more staff, protecting wounded deserters from their militaries, and stopping fights between soldiers from opposing sides, the only options are sink or swim.

  • PLOT FIVE; CORRUPTED

Muse a is this corrupted soul, always drinking too much, getting too high, they can barely function and Muse B is basically their saving grace, always coming through in the middle of the night after a drunken phone call asking for a ride home. Muse B only does this because they’re a good person at heart, but they can’t deny that Muse A’s actions actually disgusts them. But they’ve known each other for too long and Muse B always promised they’d never let Muse A down because they know they’re the only thing that’s stable in their life. This has become their routine, Muse A texting/calling Muse B when something goes wrong and Muse B coming around to rescue them. There’s not much to their friendship beside that these days because Muse A doesn’t really acknowledge them otherwise. Muse B just settles with the fact that they’re being used, but they can’t bear to leave Muse A alone, knowing that they probably wouldn’t survive without them … but then ONE NIGHT, when Muse B is carrying Muse A to bed, tucking them in like they usually do and they’re about ready to say goodnight until muse a, who is completely out of their mind intoxicated, mumbles something barely audible that sounds a lot like ‘i love you.’ muse b thinks to brush it off, until muse a continues professing all these FEELINGS like ‘i really ing love you, please, don’t leave me tonight’ and muse b is just STUCK. because muse a is so bad for them but muse b is the only good thing in their life … so they stay.

     BABY PLOTS

  • PLOT ONE; BABY PROJECT

As a health class assignment, students are required to take care of a baby simulator for 3 weeks. The teacher doesn’t give the students a choice of partners, instead of pairing them up at random. Much to Muse A’s dismay, they’re matched up with Muse B, someone they absolutely can’t stand. Muse B isn’t pleased about it either since they feel the same way about Muse A. Every decision they make as fake parents is a struggle from the very beginning, particularly scheduling who takes care of the baby when and for how long. Muse A and Muse B are forced to compromise and spend time together with the baby for the sake of the project, which requires cooperative decision-making and documentation of their progress. Over the course of the project, Muse A and Muse B start to realize that their partner isn’t as horrible as they once thought. They’re actually kind of fun to be around, even given the circumstances. What will happen to their budding relationship once the project comes to an end?

  • PLOT TWO; A LITTLE HELP

Muse A and Muse B have been happily married for two years now. They’re both financially stable and still madly in love with each other, despite encountering some of the typical bumps in the marital road. It seems like the perfect time to start a family, both Muse A and Muse B agree. They’re ready to share some of their love with a little bundle of joy. Unfortunately, it’s not as easy as they’d hoped. Despite several spirited attempts at having a baby together, Muse A struggles to conceive. According to doctors, Muse A may never be able to have kids by natural means, but it’s too early to say conclusively. Rather than becoming disheartened, the loving couple decides to look into adoption. They fall in love with a sweet infant who’d been born to a teen mother, and they instantly know that this baby is meant to go home with them. Maybe someday in the future they’ll be able to conceive, but either way, they’ll love this adopted child as if he/she were their own flesh and blood.

  • PLOT THREE; RESERVATIONS & REVELATIONS

Muse A and Muse B have been together romantically for 2 years and they’ve known each other for almost 5 years in total. Since their second date, they’ve sworn to a policy of telling each other the truth no matter what, which they believe has kept their relationship strong for so long. Lately, the honest couple has been incredibly busy with work and family obligations, barely having time to sit down together for a full meal before one has to dash off. Their anniversary date approaches and the couple promises to set some time aside for the occasion. Whether by pure forgetfulness, a lack of time to talk, or a desire to surprise their significant other, Muse A and Muse B have been keeping some news from their partner –news that each of them will share during the anniversary dinner. The couple dresses up and heads out to their favorite spot in town, each person waiting for the right time to confess what they’ve been hiding. While waiting for dessert, Muse A finally speaks up and says they have news to share. But so does Muse B, at the same time. Each insists that the others say what they have to say first and they ultimately rely on the flip of a coin to decide who spills first. Muse A is one month pregnant. Muse B is leaving (for someone else or for a job assignment thousands of miles away).

Who will lose the coin flip and have to tell their secret first? Will the other person decide to keep their secret (or change plans) after learning what their lover has been hiding? Will the sharing of the secrets make or break the relationship?

      SCY-FY PLOT

  • PLOT ONE; ARTIFICIAL LOVE

It’s the year 2050 and technology has advanced by leaps and bounds, exceeding the vision and capabilities of countless scientists from previous decades. Artificial Intelligence is the buzz word on the lips on government officials as well as the everyday citizen. Robots have become part of daily life; delivering mail, performing home cleaning services, automating the task of driving a car and so much more. In this new era, artificially intelligent beings serve the purpose of making human life easier and more pleasurable. Muse A is a lonely beta tester, whose primary job is to test run androids (robots with human appearance) before they are shipped out for sale to the public. Muse A isn’t the best at social relationships, so they much prefer to spend time with androids who can communicate and interact without judgment or need of social convention. When Muse A is asked to test a new android prototype (Muse B), Muse A is amazed at how advanced Muse B is. Muse B seems unique, learning at a pace more rapid than their predecessors, able to somehow intuit feelings of the user, gradually able to mirror human emotions: anger, sorrow, even love. As Muse A continues to “test” Muse B, the pair become attached to one another. Every day that goes by with Muse A noting the android’s progress, Muse B begins to feel more and more..human. What will happen if/when the beta tester is asked to return the prototype? Can an evolved android become capable of actual love, or are Muse B’s feelings merely a convincing simulation?

  • PLOT TWO; INTERTWINED SOULS

In a world in which people are born with soul-mates, distinguished by identical marks on their forearms, Muse A was born with no such mark and therefore destined to be alone. Ashamed of bringing an outcast into the world, Muse A’s parents abandoned them when they were just a few weeks old. A compassionate couple brought Muse A into their home and nurtured the unfortunate child as if Muse A was their own flesh and blood (though there was no official adoption). Muse B was the only child born to the couple before they took Muse A in. Muse A and Muse B were instantly inseparable, even as infants one would cry if the other wasn’t beside them. As a child, Muse B happily shared all they possessed with Muse A and was always there to comfort Muse A whenever they were sad about not having a destined love. They lived like siblings, but even more like best friends, in the same home until Muse B turned 18 and had to find their soulmate before their time ended. Helping Muse B, Muse A ended up having feelings towards the one they considered their brother, what made a small mark slowly scratch his skin day after day. Would Muse B feel the same towards muse B? Would their mark be the same?

     SUPERNATURAL PLOTS

  • PLOT ONE; SHIFT

While driving home on a quiet backstreet, Muse A spots a wounded animal on the side of the road. Having a soft spot for suffering creatures, Muse A pulls over and scoops the animal up into the backseat of their car. Muse A drives home with the good intention of nursing the poor animal back to health, unaware that the animal (Muse B) is really a shapeshifter. After making a comfortable place for Muse B to sleep, Muse A heads off to bed. By morning, Muse B is feeling a bit better and they shift back into their human form just as Muse A enters the room to check upon them. Muse B tries their best to explain what’s going on without terrifying Muse A. According to shapeshifter law, Muse B now owes Muse A their loyalty and must stay with them until the debt is repaid.

  • PLOT TWO; LURKING IN THE SHADOWS

Muse A is a  hunter who travels the country in order to extinguish supernatural threats. When Muse A gets news of yet another small town being terrorized by a murderous creature, they pack up their things and make haste to the next destination. Muse A settles into town quickly and gets to work investigating these mysterious, grisly deaths. Despite Muse A’s best efforts, over the course of several weeks, they keep coming up short of catching the culprit, unaware that Muse B is watching their every move.

Optional:  Muse B is a supernatural creature, the same kind as the killer, but innocent. They approach Muse A and offer to hunt down the killer together.

  • PLOT THREE; ANGEL OF MINE

One day, on Muse A’s way home, they come across Muse B lying in the middle of the road. They appear hurt but are unresponsive when Muse A tries to rouse them. Not having a phone on them to call an ambulance, Muse A carries Muse B the short distance back to their home and tries to revive them.

After several minutes of rest, Muse B awakens with the most excruciating scream of pain. They jolt up and immediately start drawing sigils on the walls of Muse A’s home with their own blood. Terrified, Muse A demands that Muse B stop and explain themselves. Muse B removes their shirt, revealing where their angel wings have been clipped and state they used to be part of God’s Army.

Muse A has never been particularly religious and needs plenty of convincing that Muse B isn’t a lunatic. Muse B explains that they have been banished from Heaven and they need to hole up with Muse A because they have nowhere else to go and the world is unsafe for them. Muse A reluctantly agrees to let Muse B live with them, and over time, helps to teach Muse B how to pass as a human.

Optional: After Muse B finally feels safe with Muse A, their former life comes back to haunt them in a major way (i.e. called back to Heaven, required to fulfill duties, etc.); Both muses develop feelings for one another but every time they act on them, something tries to keep them apart.
