STORY STYLE

"Ah~ That was a good dinner. You're the best, Seo!" Sooyoung shouted from her lying position on the couch.

"Lazy Shikshin," Yoona muttered with a roll of her eyes, glancing up from a lengthy script.

"Oh, like you didn't get seconds," Sooyoung stuck her tongue out childishly, hopping up from the couch. "I'm gonna see where Sica and Tiffany are."

"Mm, 'kay."

Sooyoung shuffled her feet past the open kitchen door, where new tantalizing smells were now taunting her, pulling her like a magnetic force. Resisting the urge, she continued down the long hallway, before finally stopping in front of a door with a "Do Not Disturb" sign plastered on it. Ignoring the sign, Sooyoung turned the knob slowly and poked her head in, looking for the two American brunettes.

"Yah, Jessica! Tiffany!" she shouted, kicking the door wide open.

Sooyoung squinted at Jessica and Tiffany, who were both sitting on her bed, hunched over Jessica's shiny, no-one-touches-it-but-Jessica laptop.

"Yah, why are you two on my bed?" Sooyoung screeched, chucking a nearby pillow at their heads.

"Choi Sooyoung, I told you not to touch my stuff!" Jessica retaliated, snapping her head up to give Sooyoung a dark glare.

Disregarding her unnie's statement, Sooyoung crept behind Tiffany, staring at the blinding white laptop screen. "What are you two even doing?"

"Stuff," Tiffany replied nonchalantly, scrolling further down the page.

"What is this? Aish, it's all in English; I can't understand it!"

"Oh, really? That's too bad." Jessica snickered, her eyes going back to the screen.

Biting back a nasty retort, Sooyoung persisted, trying to figure out what on Earth the two girls were so fascinated in. "C'mon, you guys didn't even join us for dinner! What's so interesting?"

"It's English, you wouldn't understand." Tiffany muttered absentmindedly, scooting herself closer to the laptop and not paying much attention to Sooyoung's looks of irritation.

"I know I wouldn't understand, but tell me!" Sooyoung urged, growing more frustrated by the second.

"What the heck is with the noise?" a petite dark-haired girl demanded, bursting into the room.

"Taeyeon-unnie!" Sooyoung cried, jumping up and running up to the leader.

Taeyeon frowned and peeked at the laptop screen. Her frown morphed into a smile of recognition. "Oh, hey! Are you guys on Asianfanfics?"

Alarmed, Jessica gathered her laptop in her arms and moved back. Tiffany bit her lip and held a pillow over her face.

"Um, no." Jessica responded robotically.

"You guys are reading fanfics?" Sooyoung hollered in her naturally loud voice, cackling evilly afterwards.

"No!" Tiffany squealed, her voice muffled from behind the pink plush heart-shaped pillow.

"Wait, Taeyeon..." Jessica narrowed her eyes, trying to block out Sooyoung's rather noisy shouts from the living room. "How do you know about AFF?"

Like a deer caught in headlights, Taeyeon froze and laughed nervously. "Well, Sica, uh--"

"You read fanfics, too!" Tiffany declared with a laugh, throwing the pillow at the leader.

"No, I don't!"

"LIAR!" Jessica pointed with an accusing finger.

"What are you reading?" Taeyeon countered, putting a hand on her hip.

"It's a SHINee story." Tiffany chirped cheerfully, being her happy, bubbly self.

"JongSica?" Taeyeon guessed, grinning madly.

"God, get out of my room." Jessica glared, throwing another pillow at Taeyeon, and missing by a few feet.

"Nice aim, Sica." Taeyeon snorted, moving back into the doorway.

"It's Jonghyun and an OC, called Invisible Wings," Tiffany said quickly, saving Jessica.

"What's it about?" Taeyeon asked curiously.

Tiffany took a deep breath and began in a deep, velvety voice.

Tiffany recited, drama and suspense interlacing with her words, and ending with an air of mystery in her voice.

Taeyeon's eyes widened. "Sheesh, Fany, you didn't have to give me a novel."

"She just read the Foreword." Jessica said, glancing at the screen.

Taeyeon's mouth formed an 'O' shape and she slowly began backing out of the room. "Well, I'll go calm Sooyoung down then."

"You do that."

"You two keep reading." Taeyeon added, halfway down the hallway.

"Will do," Tiffany called, cupping her hands over .

"Aish, just get out of my hallway!" Jessica snapped, grinning.

"Jung Jessica, where's your name on this hallway?! Treat your leader with respect!" Taeyeon said jokingly, laughing heartily.

"Shall we continue reading this story?" Tiffany suggested with her signature eye-smile.

"We shall."
