Miyawaki Sakura is a lonely and friendly ghost, it has been 6 months since the ‘accident’ and Sakura didn’t understand why is she still lurking in this world, maybe God gave her one last chance to live?

These past months she has been doing her usual activities like when she was a human. The difference is now she can travel fast to different place whenever and wherever she wants but she prefer to walk when she is in the mood, it feels like she has gained a superpower but the sad thing is she can touch a thing but not a person.

She was glad that she still has Maru-chan, her cat is the only one who can see her.

it’s useless if no one can’t see or talk to her, Sakura felt lonely. So she is really happy when she heard that someone will move to her place, well technically it’s not her place anymore but it’s still her place

Actually Sakura can go anywhere she wants to, it’s not like she was forbidden to leave her house, sometimes when she is getting really bored at home she likes to visit one of her friends, usually, she went to Yena’s place. Since the ‘accident’  Yena becomes more quiet than usual, she is still smiling and joking around with her friends but without Sakura, it felts really different. Sakura thought that it was normal if she still mourning over her.

Yena was her best friend in high school, they are gaming buddies and they like to annoyed each other. People at school always call them the ‘Tom and Jerry couple’. Aside from that they really care for each other, even Sakura already considers Yena as her own sister, and the same goes for Yena, Sakura is like her own big sis.

The day before the new girl arrived. Sakura decided to visit Yena again, like usual she just sat there beside Yena who is staring at nothing, she wondered what’s on her mind right now

“Kkura unnie..” Sakura jolted when Yena calls her name

Sakura thought that Yena can see her so she is smiling but her smile change to a frown when she saw Yena started to cry, she didn’t know what to do, she wants to comfort her but she can’t.

“Hey i miss you, even if you are annoying sometimes” The crying girl chuckles

“.. hope you are back soon ”

Yena never cries before and that makes her worried, usually, the older girl will about it but now Sakura can feel the sadness from her voice, and it makes her sad too. She patted Yena’s shoulder even though she know that she can’t touch Yena nor Yena can’t feel it.

Sakura wait until Yena fall asleep on the couch, she puts a pillow under her head and then covered Yena with a blanket to keep her warm

“I miss you too duck..” Sakura smiled at the sleeping girl

“Goodnight and take care,” she said before leaving the apartment

On her way back home from Yena’s place, Sakura stopped walking for a while in the middle of the crowd and the walking crowd just walk past her, it’s like they are walking through the wind. Sakura noticed a pretty girl sitting alone on a bench, she approached the pretty girl and waved her hand in front of the girl, she got no response of course.

she tried to punch the girl but instead, her hand pierced through her head and the girl shivered when she felt a cold wind hitting her face

“Woah what was that?"

"I should get back home and get ready for tomorrow” mumbled the girl and gets up from the bench. And Sakura is alone again.

Sakura sighed and gives up but then suddenly her eyes got widened as she realized something

“Huh.. What if-”

“Ack! ugh..”

Sakura dropped onto her knees, clutching her chest tightly, it feels like her body is burning and her chest is really hurt, it’s like something stabbing her over and over

The pain suddenly stopped after a couple of minutes and Sakura closed her eyes as she panted heavily while her hand still clutching her chest.
