Kristen's POV:

"Girls hurry down to the front gate, I want to see you there in 5 mins", one of the staff representatives shouted out while standing at the entrance of our room. 

"Kristen, tell me how am I looking, quick, is the make up okay? I hope its not just too much? is it too much for the first day?" there goes my Diva worrying about her looks, whereas she knows she looks absolutely beautiful and hot but she's always nervous asking for confirmation, 

"You look absolutely perfect...!" I gauranteed her with a big smile and two thumbs up, 

"Oh thanks, lets go!" she grabbed my hand and then we went to the front of the gate where it was crowded like a festival, all 50 participants gathered and far away were these huge buses; so we are going to be travelling... hmmm

"looks like we will be travelling to some other place?" I asked Yeun who was standing besides me, and she just shrugged her shoulders telling me that 'yes-we-were'...

we sat in the bus as guided by the representatives, luckily I got a seat besides the window so I could enjoy the scenary. I was waiting for Yeun to sit besides me but after 5 mins when she did not turn up I called her, she picked up, "Hey, where are you, I'm already in the bus?" I asked worriedly

"Looks like they did not want us to be together, they have made me sit in the second bus..."she sounded sad, 

"No, what will I do, how can travel like this, I'll just ask the staff to change my seat..." I was about to get up from my when Yeun just ask me to sit back down, "Don't even bother doing that because I already tried that and they won't even budge, they're doing this for the sake of bonding with others..."

"But I don't want to travel alone.." I whined like a baby, "hahaha don't worry you'll soon get a partner and don't disturb me now, I guess I already found mine, let me do some bonding..." she giggled and then cut the line... I sighed and kept the phone in my pocket, looks like she would be busy..

"Hello...", I was looking out the window, when someone greeted me so I turned to look who it was.... 'cute' "Hi" I replied, "May I sit here" he held his bag on his left shoulder while pointing at the seat besides me, "ofcourse" I sat up straight, while he settled down on the seat.

"My name is Lee Donghae" he said, the bus had already started moving, "Hi, Donghae, my name is Kristen...", we shook hands, "Are you from Korea?" I asked because I can tell by the way his accent, its similar to Yeun's during her starting years, he seemed quite excited by the fact and widened his eyes with a huge smile on his face, "Yes yes.. how did you know?", "well its becasue my best friend is a Korean and I just guessed by the way you speak"... he mouthed an 'O' ...

"My friend..... separate from me....... and he........... sit in behind bus" he spoke, pausing at moments of trying to find the right words to finish his sentence, well I can surely understand because I was separated from my best friend as well, so I tried to make him feel at ease by speaking to him in korean, just the little that I knew,

"Chinja, my friend is also separated from me, even she is sitting in the second bus..." looks like this guy really has a habit of being shocked, excited and happy at the same time, when he heard me speaking in Korean, I smiled because I find him really cute,

"You know Korean...?" he asked to which I simply nodded and he asked for a high five and I just responded it to him.

Yeun's POV:

Kristen was busy whinning on the phone with me, when I saw the staff with a guy gesturing him to sit besides me. I could'nt see his face because his back was facing me, but then he turned and I felt relieved at once because it looks like he is Korean and then he walked towards me,

"hahaha don't worry you'll soon get a partner and don't disturb me now, I guess I already found mine, let me do some bonding..."

I cut the line immediately not giving any chance to Kris to protest back and looked upto the guy who just gave me a small bow and I bowed my head as well, "Aniyoseo" I greeted him, and he responded "Aniyoseo"

Its been fifteen minutes since our greetings and this guy is just looking in front not bothering to say anything, what a rude mean guy, urrrgggg... I thought I could talk to him but his turns out to be bad, or maybe I'm not looking good... uhhhh, I screamed in me head, what if my eyeliner has all smudged up... Omo.. Kris I need you badly.....

"My name is Lee Hyukjae", I turned immediately to look at him, shocked that he even possesed a voice, a husky one though, "Hi Hyukjae, my name is Yeun, so you're from Korea?" finally we are talking,

"Yes, I'm from Korea, I'm quite relieved that you're travelling with me, cause I'm not good at english and I was worried of how would I communicate with the team members", oh, so this is why he was not talking earlier, 

"Yeah, I understand I went through the same scenario when I entered NY, but luckily  found a very good friend and she always helped and supported me, she's sitting in the bus in front of us, we got separated now" I sighed

"Oh, even my friend is in the bus in front of us" he smiled at me, he's got a cheerful smile to which I could not help but smile back,

"so which university have you guys come from?" I asked,

"We are trainees at SM Entertainment who sponsored us here, we are a group of 5 people, the best of our institute who were chosen come here",

"thats great!" I exclaimed and then continued, "Me and my friend and 3 others from our classhave come here from our university" and he nodded, 

We chatted for about a few minutes more when the bus stopped and we were asked to get down and assemble with our curretn partners in the ground... Hyukjae got up and gestured me to go ahead first.. 'what a gentleman' I simply smiled and followed,

As me and Hyukjae got down together, my phone started to ring, I glanced at it and it was Kris, "Heyyyyyyyyyy" I answered,

"where are you?, I'll be right there with my partner" she asked 

"I'm standing right infront of...." before I oculd continue she shouted, "Ohhh don't move just stay right where you are, I saw you already and I'm heading towards you, don't move an inch..." and then she cut the line, 

I turned to Hyukjae and asked him to wait here because my friend would be coming here and he understood and stood right beside me, then a sudden smile crept on his face and he waved his hand to someone, before I turned around he said,

"That's my friend!", I turned around and guess what to my surprise, Hyukjae walked to the guy right besides my best friend Kristen who glanced at him when they crossed each other and  then she walked right towards me,

"so this is the guy you were bonding with, huh?" she whispered in my ear, I winked at her and then she continued,

"hahaha, let me introduce you to my guy then, Hey Donghae over here!" she waved at him and both the guys walked towards us, "Yeun ssi this is Donghae my friend I told you about" I bowed and we shared our greetings, "Hyukjae ssi this is Kristen, my friend I told you about" they both shared a bow and then greeted each other.... 

We now stood with our partners and me, Kris, Hyukjae and Donghae were standing together, today was our official introduction, one by one every team (couple) had to introduce themselves while doing one of their favorite moves which we had to decide just at the spot, so Hyukjae and I decided to do a body wave while our introduction and then it was Kris and Donghae's turn, to which I was quite amazed at because Donghae did the back roll and Kris flipped over him and introduced themselves, everybody cheered and started to clap....

After that we (me, kris, hyukjae & donghae) were seated at one of the round tables that were arranged along a stage where the judges were introduced and the whole process of the IDC was explained to us, followed by how we would have to work day and night to give the best out of us... IDC is not an easy game... but we had our strengths which we still had to explore and show them what it takes to survive this battle.....

The dinner was a continental cuisine, which was yummilicious.....!, then we rode back to our hotel where we had to spent the next 3days practicing, because after that our big battle would start, every week beholding a new obstacle, a new challenge which we had to succeed...

I changed into my jammies and walked past Kris bed who was already asleep, I laid down on my bed and justthe thought of being here made me smile and the fact of cherishing this moment with one of my best friends was a great feeling. I then recalled the whole day we spent together today and a smile crept on my face when I thought of the two guys whom we met today, they are both Korean making me feel like I'm in my own people, they acted like our body guards today as they treated us with great care, its good to meet new people but its always best when the people are good to you.... With that thought I just closed my eyes, turned left and drifted to my dream land.....
