Chorong POV

I am Park Chorong, a college student in my senior year. I am known for being a diligent student and have that “perfect girl” title which I really don’t know why. Well for me I am just a somebody that doesn’t care about my surroundings and do my own stuff, it’s just me.

I am now cooking our breakfast before heading to school. Yes “we”, I am with my best friend who is younger than me. We become friends when the two of us became roommates and we just click with each other. The funny thing is, we two have very different personalities. I don’t really have any idea why we become friends, maybe it’s true that opposites attract. 

I heard the alarm goes off, waiting for my best friend to enter the kitchen for us to start eating but after sometime I didn’t see her walk out of the room. I think I should do the honor to wake the sleeping princess again. Entering the room, there she is my best friend Yoon Bomi. Known for being a trouble maker, sweetheart and a person that goes with the *break the rules, follow your dreams” sentence. When I said it, it’s literally the “break the rules, because I don’t give a d*mn thing” kind she just quoted it nicer.

“Bom ah, it’s time to get up babe” I said tapping her gently after entering her room.

“Five more minutes, please” she whines bringing her pillow on her face “I am so sleepy” she mumbles again

“No, not a chance. Get up now and don’t whine about being sleepy because I already told you to sleep early last night but you still continue that movie you were watching” I said starting my scolding because of her stubbornness.

“Okay, okay! I'm up” she said slowly taking the blanket off of her sleepy body

“Good, now join me in the dining table for the breakfast” I said standing up, heading towards the door “And don’t you dare sleep again Bom ah” I said seriously before closing the door

Bomi POV

Finally, the commander is gone, time to sleep some more. I was about to sleep when a mega voice boom all over the dorm.

“Yoon Bomi! I know what you are thinking! I swear if you didn’t leave that room for another minute your dead!!” Chorong unnie shouts 

 Aish! Really!? It’s so early in the morning! Great no sleeping time for me.

“Goodbye for now my lovely bed, I am going to miss you” I said dramatically, sighing before walking to the bathroom to freshen up

“Yoon Bomi! Are you going to get out from that chamber!?” seriously?

“I am up unnie! I’m up! Can you just wait for another minute!? You’re so annoying!” I shouted annoyed

“What did you just say!?” Uh oh~

“I said nothing! I am going out in a minute, just going to freshen myself up. Love you!!” I said before starting my morning routine and then join the monster dolphin with her morning routine. Gosh if I just don’t precious you that much!

The best friends walk together hand and hand entering their school gate where their fans and admirers waiting for them. If you are new to this school you might think that this two are a popular lovers like how the typical movies do with the characters they put into it, the school trouble and the perfect girl love story. But all their fans knew that this two are best of friends, yes just best friends even though sometimes the fans think that they are more than just best friend, but who knows right?

“The mighty couple have finally arrived” their waiting friend bows playfully to the two

“Shut it Eunji ah, and tell me why are you so early in the morning?” Bomi ask looking at her same age friend judgingly 

“Don’t remind me of the early events” Eunji sighs receiving a confuse look from the two

“Don’t mind her unnie, she’s just being dramatic because I wake her up early” the girl that been too quiet finally said

“You and Chorong unnie is the same, a pain in the morning” Bomi sigh dramatically

“At least me and Naeun are diligent people unlike you two, a trouble makers” answer Chorong while glaring at Bomi who is now chuckling nervously.

“Well, as we said “Follow your dreams”. We are just following our hearts” Eunji said proudly 

“By breaking the rules?” Naeun ask 

“That’s a part of following the dreams babe” Eunji shrugs

“I can’t believe you and Eunji become a couple, until now I can’t understand” Chorong said looking at the now laughing Naeun

“I don’t know either. And why don’t you tell me unnie?” Naeun question back

“Tell you what?” Chorong ask back

“How you and Bomi unnie somehow click?” Naeun ask curiously

“Well Bomi is definitely different from her, my Bomi is a lot better than your girl Naeunie. No offense” Chorong said to Naeun and look at the now frowning Eunji and a smirking Bomi 

“You are just bias with your girlfriend, what so good about this pabo?” Eunji said mockingly, receiving a smack on the head from her same age friend for calling the girl pabo.

“We are not a lover idiot, we are best friends duh~” Chorong said 

“Really unnie? Me and Bomi is also best friends but we don’t act like you two do duh~” Eunji reply copying Chorong's tone

“Shut it Eunji” Bomi said pinching Eunji’s side

“Ouch!” 

“Serves you right”

“Ayo” another voice join their conversation

“Ayo!” reply the two same age friends

“Shut it you three we are in a school ground, act proper!” Chorong hush them angrily

“Yes my lady” said the girl who just arrived and playfully bow down to Chorong “Sup Boom pow love and Eung eung unnies” 

“Eung eung what?” Naeun ask curiously

“You know Apink’s songs” 

“We know that, but why?”

“Are you that slow to realize it Naeun unnie” ask the girl making the other two friends laugh

“I don’t have a mind like you, I can’t think like a pabo” answered Naeun back making the new arrive girl to be silent.

“Boom pow love is Bomi unnie because of Boom and Eunji unnie is Eung eung because of Eun, simple as that” the girl said sighing “ heard that? It’s quite fun to make” the girl laugh together with the two mentioned girls which caused the other two to look at them judgingly

“You shouldn’t ask what they are talking about Naeun unnie, those three have a weird thoughts you know.” Another girl appear at the scene

“You’re right, and where did you go Namjoo? How come you are not with Hayoung?” 

“Well that idiot use the campus speakers for her “music appreciation”, and I am the one that in charge to look for the “criminal” and guess who? It’s Oh stupid Hayoung” the girl said glaring at the now gulping girl

“Well I just want to see you and you are occupied with the papers, early in the morning. That’s the only way to get you out of your cabin” Hayoung said avoiding Namjoo's glares

“You need to stop doing that Hayoung” Chorong said scolding the youngest one, making the two same age laugh hysterically at the youngest misery. “Stop laughing because it applies to all of you three” Chorong continue cutting the laughing two and causing Hayoung to laugh loudly this time.

The girls separated their ways to go to their own classes as the bell rang indicating that the classes will start soon.

“Bom ah!” Eunji called her best friend to wake her up from day dreaming.

They are currently in their class but Bomi is so busy daydreaming which makes the professor furious at the girl who don’t even care about anything at all.

“Sup, Eunji?” Bomi replied her best friend nonchalantly

“Don’t “sup” me idiot! Look!” Eunji reply the girl as she pointed at the now glaring professor in front of the class “she’s been calling you for a long time. You’re so dead!”

“Sup Miss Lee, stop staring at me. I  know I am beautiful” Bomi show her grin at the professor who just pointed at her angrily. 

“You! Meet me at the office after this class!”

“Are asking me on a date, Ma’am?” Bomi reply before a smirk a the teacher who glared hard at her

“I am not playing around Yoon! Meet me at the office after this class!” the professor is now behind furious

“What did I do?” Bomi ask the angry teacher

“You are doing nothing at all besides annoying every professor you have! That’s the problem!” the prof shouted and it makes Bomi to shut before it become serious

“Annoying creature” Bomi think to herself

“You’re screw” Eunji said giving her best friend a mocking smile

“And your face looks like a screw” Bomi reply as she ignore Eunji's response

Bomi POV

“Do you understand me Yoon Bomi?” the professor asks me for the last time after a long lecture she give. Heck no! I don’t understand why you keep on trying to mingle on my own precious life.

“Loud and clear Ma'am” I reply nonchalantly

“Okay, you may go now.” The teacher wave her hands, signaling for me to get going

“Thank you Ms. Lee” I said as I walk away from her, not giving her a single glance

“Gosh! Kid this days don’t know what a proper respect is!” I heard the old forever single lady said

“Ah~ why does old this day are so annoying!” I said before faking a yawn

“YOON BOMI!” she shouted my name again. Uh oh~ I should get out of here before she starts nagging once again.

“OMO! Look at the time! It’s lunch time! Gotta go Miss old !” I said as I ran my way out of her office

“YOON BOMI!!!” I heard her shouted, once again my name.

What is her problem? I call her Miss, and that’s a respectful one to address her.

“Sup two assho*** and three princess wanna be” Bomi greeted her friends that are currently waiting for her so they can start eating

“Oh nothing, just waiting for a ugly creature to arrive” Eunji countered back

“Really? But you are already here” Bomi reply which earn a glare from Eunji and a breathless laugh from Hayoung

“Bom ah! Didn’t I told you to stop addressing us like that!? I told you to speak in a good manner!” Chorong said when Bomi sat beside her. She pinch Bomi's cheeks hard when the latter just ignore her lectures.

“Okay I get it! I'm sorry okay!?” Bomi beg and rub her cheeks when Chorong let go “That was the most proper way I talk!” she said pouting at the older girl but Chorong just glared at her causing her to shut up instantly.

“I heard that you just came out from the office, what did you do this time you trouble maker?” 

“Nothing” Bomi answered Chorong as she continue to rub her cheeks

“Oh come on, you baby!” Chorong pulled Bomi’s hand away from the latter’s cheeks and replace it with her palm as she gently touch Bomi’s cheeks

“Sometimes you two acted like lovers more than us” Hayoung said before start eating her food

“Did you have any for me?” Bomi ask Chorong, ignoring Hayoung statement 

“Yes, here” Chorong handed Bomi the food she ordered for the younger girl

“Sweet” Eunji commented sarcastically, earning a glare from her same age friend “Go on, don’t mind me” Eunji waved her hand nonchalantly at the two

“Stop bothering them unnie” Naeun stops her lover from bothering the two as she kiss Eunji on the cheek making the latter to shut up totally as she smile like a fool.

“Eww! So whipped” Hayoung commented as she furrowed her face in disgust

“Babe, can you get me a drink?” Namjoo ask the frowning Hayoung

“Anything for you babe” Hayoung replied before smiling at the other girl and happily jog to the counter to get the item that her lover wants.

“Whipped” Bomi whispered to no one

“Bom ah, here” Chorong called out at the mumbling girl as she offer some food to the younger one with her spoon who accepted happily “Is it yummy?” Chorong ask which makes the girl nod with a smile plastered on her face.

“Please stop that disgusting moment of yours” Eunji said sighing every now and then

“Can you stop bothering us!?” Bomi hissed at her friend who just looks at her mockingly 

“Are you sure that you are just friends Chorong unnie?” Naeun ask Chorong when the two same age friends knocking each other’s head. Chorong just look at her confusedly “I mean, don’t you want to make it to another level? You know, being a couple since you acted one already?” Naeun said explaining her words to the older one

Chorong look at the girl beside her who is busily arguing with Eunji about stupid things. She let out a sigh before looking at the anticipating Naeun.

“I don’t know, I think it’s better this way. We are better this way” Chorong answered the younger girl, but she know she is convincing more herself with the words “Yeah, it’s better this way” Chorong said faking a smile

“Unnie” Namjoo called out for Chorong before looking at the still arguing trouble makers “But you know what the best is” Namjoo said smiling encouragingly to Chorong, who just sighs as a response

Bomi POV

I walk to my room lazily, all I wanted right now is to sleep my tiredness away after spending my whole day at the place of boredom aka school.

I throw my bag on the couch inside my room and slump my tired body at my soft bed as I sigh in relief. I was about to closed my eyes when a loud voice is heard from the room across mine

“BOM AH! I KOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! GET YOUR LAZY AS$ AWAY FROM YOUR BED AND WASH UP FIRST!” Chorong unnie shouted from her room. 

I hate how she know me will. Who I am kidding? I will never hate that girl, because I love everything about her. Yes, I am in love with my best friend secretly. How I wish I can confess to her, but my coward self is preventing me to do so. I am afraid that if I confess, I’ll just mess everything up that we have. What if I lost our friendship? I lost our bond? I lost everything that I have with her? Or I’ll lose her? I can’t imagine what my life will be without her, without Chorong unnie.

“BOMI! GET OUT FROM YOU ROOM! LET’S EAT NOW!” I heard her voice once again. This girl, really.

“WAIT UP! I’LL BE OUT SOON” I shouted, replying her before forcing myself up to wash up first.

I wash my body in rush, before the monster become furious again.

“What took you so long?” she ask me once I take the seat beside her<
