Joohyun wakes up with swollen eyes looking at the empty space beside her

“seungwan?” she calls softly as she searches out of her room and noticed a note that seungwan and yeri left early for an early recording

“did they even eat breakfast?” she asks herself but immediately answered by a set of covered foods on the table, she ate alone while thoughts running wildly in her head. A notification on her phone breaks her train of thoughts

Joohyun’s brows furrowed. She finally has the answer why her sister has been secretive lately, her hunch says that she heard about her relationship with donghae and maybe she joined a small company that's why they needed extra help, that was given by seungwan. She could be angry but she also knew that she has no right to feel that way towards yeri and seungwan for hiding the truth from her. After forcing informations from seulgi over the phone, she went for a shower and prepares to meet yeri

“Yerim, I’m outside your company” Joohyun can literally hear yeri panicked over the phone when her sister whispered to someone and heard a familiar voice which is seungwan. She saw the two almost ran past her, maybe to head to her former agency but then yeri realized it was her sister leaning against her car wearing round specs, joohyun smirking at her sister calling the other girl to stop.

Seungwan ran back, avoiding eye contact with joohyun as she catch her breath

“aren’t you two going to invite me inside your agency?” they looked at each other probably asking in their head who told joohyun about their secret

“I brought lunch” joohyun took the bag inside the car and gave it to seungwan

“yerim, you have a lot of explaining to do” yeri looks at seungwan knowing that they will soon face her sister’s wrath then both followed the older inside

Seungwan tried to excuse herself when yeri and joohyun was talking on the corner of the practice room. Joohyun saw her pick up her bag ready to leave the room, she quickly called her asking where she’s going

“uh.. um.. just.. forgot something at school..” she nervously chuckled rubbing the back of her neck

“I’ll drive you there, I’m leaving anyway” seungwan’s eyes widen, thinking of an excuse to refuse her offer

“why? Are you meeting someone.. secretly?” seungwan gasps that made joohyun smile

“N-No.. L-let’s go” she cough away her nervousness before opening the door for her unnie

“I think I’ll go home first” seungwan says after checking her phone, joohyun nods and asked her for the address

“you didn’t have to walk me here unnie.. but thank you..” seungwan smiles at joohyun when they stopped at the door, they stayed there waiting for each other to speak

“you were going to meet her aren’t you?” joohyun broke the awkward silence then seungwan replied with a weak nod, the younger watch joohyun closed her eyes breathing deeply, she prepared herself for the incoming storm

“please give me more time..” she said lowly, seungwan gave her a puzzled look

“I’ll sort out what help I wanted from you seungwan, I appreciate what you’re doing for me.. but please refrain from seeing her until I decided what I want.. please?” seungwan smiles widely hearing that joohyun will finally let her help her

“okay” she replied, smiling warmly at joohyun

“I will be waiting” seungwan continued taking joohyun’s hand with her

“You look cold.. well literally, you are always cold” she joked as she intertwine their fingers

“can I walk you back to your car?” seungwan looks at her with puppy eyes so she’d say yes

As promised, joohyun started weighing down her options and her feelings for the whole month. She’s still seeing donghae twice or thrice a week, while sunny purposely and magically appears in front of seungwan the same day. Her mind tells her that sunny wanted informations from the younger. Seungwan once told her that sunny felt sad and lonely that’s why she had to at least comfort her.

“I need to go” Joohyun hurried out of the restaurant, not even looking back at her date. She pressed the phone to a loud speak

“Where did you saw them?” she waited on the other line to speak

“oh.. they already left unnie.. I lost them” yeri says while asking her members if they saw seungwan and the other girl, joohyun pulls her car to stop on the side of the road, thinking. She just left donghae to stalk seungwan and sunny.

Great thinking joohyun, very smart.

“I’m going crazy.. you’re making me crazy” she utters to herself

“unnie, we’re planning a surprise party for seungwan unnie’s birthday. You’re going, right?” yeri taps joohyun’s arm. Seulgi, joy and yeri waits for her answer

“huh?” the older asks dumbfoundedly

“we’re throwing a party this saturday for unnie’s birthday” joohyun mouthed an ‘oh’, how could she forget her birthday.

“that’s tomorrow” joohyun saw them nod and told her that everything is already set for tomorrow, all she had to do is be there at the party. After lunch she went to the mall to buy seungwan a gift but she’s having trouble on choosing the best for her.
