"Are you sure you're parents are okay with me, Tzuyu-ah?"

Sana was nervous. Really nervous. Meeting the Chou's was what she'd been looking forward, but when it really came to this day, she couldn't help but became nervous on the thought.

Tzuyu had her hand Sana's long black hair to soothe her. "Yes, I'm sure of it, Sana."

Sana relaxed a little on Tzuyu's small gesture and sighed. "Let's go, I'm ready."

Tzuyu held Sana's hand gently and she could feel how sweaty Sana's palm was. Her thumb slightly brushed over Sana's back of the hand.

She then used her left hand to open the door of her house and they were greeted by Mrs Chou, who was apparently tidying things up in the living room.

"Ah, you finally came! I've been looking forward to meet you formally!" Mrs Chou exclaimed, giving Sana and Tzuyu a warm smile. "Come in! We've been waiting!"

As all three of them entered the living room, Sana couldn't help but be amazed with some of the decorations the Chou's had - those furnitures which are simply decorated by some Chinese art; she also saw calligraphy hung on the wall in a frame; and most important of all, the painting of Tzuyu's grandparents - where the Chou's daggers were hidden, except Tzuyu's daggers had been in the form of pendant hanging on her necklace for quite a while.

"Do you want any drinks? We have Chinese tea, but Tzuyu drank too much of it during our holiday in Taiwan for Lunar New Year. Teas like Tie Guan Yin, Xiang Pian, Pu Erh and others are great, but what I like the most is Pu Erh. Do you want to try it?"

The names of Chinese tea confused Sana that she might be seeing stars in front of her. Tzuyu chuckled and helped her to answer Mrs Chou, "Mom, you're confusing Sana. Pu Erh will be good."

Mrs Chou laughed the same way as Tzuyu, "Your dad will be coming back soon. He wants to meet Sana too." Then she left to get the Chinese tea sets from the kitchen cabinet.

Tzuyu led Sana to the sofa and both of them sat down, Sana still having the names of the Chinese teas in her brain.

Tzuyu pecked Sana on the lips to bring her back to reality, "Hey, I'm your girlfriend, not the Chinese teas! Why are you still thinking about them?" She joked.

Sana giggled and playfully smacked Tzuyu, "That's my first time knowing the types of Chinese teas, don't blame me Chewy!"

After a few minutes of joking and playing around each other, Mrs Chou returned to the living room and placed the tea set on the table. Using the hot water in the transparent jar, she poured the hot water into the tea set, which is the tea cups to warm them up. Then, she used a pair of tongs to hold the tea snifters and pour the hot water into the small drain of the tea set.

She then started to tear off the small package of tea leaves, taking in the scent of it with a satisfied expression, "Pu Erh is always the best. You'll know it when you drink it." She winked at Sana, which effectively calmed Sana down and be comfortable with her. 

Mrs Chou gave Sana the package for her to smell, and the fragrant scent of the Pu Erh tea rushed into her nose.

"This really smells like Chinese tea!" Sana exclaimed.

Tzuyu chuckled, typical Sana comment.

Sana could've been kept watching how Mrs Chou make the Chinese tea so elegantly, but a twirl of black shadow in the living room had caught her attention.

"Hey dad!" Tzuyu greeted her dad, and Sana had quickly followed Tzuyu.

"Nice to meet you, Mr Chou," she said, timidly looking at Mr Chou.

"Finally we have the chance to meet formally, instead of being in a battle. Nice to meet you too, Sana!" Mr Chou laughed, then sat down beside Mrs Chou who was intently pouring the tea from the tea pot.
