I wrote this on Jennie's perspective(?) and have the same timeline with I'm OK so pls read it if you haven't yet. And I'm currently in love with this kind of writing style (putting lyrics in between), so I'm sorry if you didn't like it. 

It’s just that I keep thinking about all the melodies you made asleep at night

"Kim Hanbin! Help me!!" Jennie Kim shouted as she pulled open the door of Hanbin's studio. 

 

"What?" Hanbin asked, removing his headphones, watching as Jennie grabbed one of the swivel chairs and sat beside him.

 

"Sajangnim rejected my song," she said, pouting as she passed the flash drive to him. 

 

"Which song?" he asked as he inject the drive on his computer. 

 

"Stay. Sajangnim said it doesn't really fit us. I don't even understand what he meant by that," she answered, pointing at the screen as Hanbin played the song. 

 

"Maybe because it's so sad? Plus you used guitar, add something to make it less melancholic," he commented, biting his nails. 

 

"Help me," Jennie whined, using her aegyo and Hanbin couldn't help but cringe, making Jennie slapped his arm. 

 

"Arasseo! I'm gonna help. Sheesh, so bossy," Hanbin murmured and smiled when Jennie showed her gummy smile to him. 

 

And with a tired yawn, you’d tell me that you loved me, I’ll be fine and that’s what got me through the day alright

Hanbin sleepily rubbed his eyes. He still have to finish this song before he go home. He doesn't want to ruin his momentum. He needs to keep on writing songs. It's the only thing he could do to make his team alive. He sighed and shook his head, trying to focus, thinking deeply on what to write on the chorus. He jerked when his phone rang and he quickly answered it without looking if who it was. 

 

"Hello?" he asked, covering his mouth to muffle his yawn. 

 

"Good morning." A very cheery feminine voice said but stopped, as if hearing his yawn. "Yah! Are you just waking up? Or you still haven't sleep?!" 

 

"Good morning to you, too, Jen," Hanbin said, smiling as he imagined her angry face. She would always look beautiful even tho she's angry. 

 

"Aish. You should sleep, Kim Hanbin. Take care of yourself, please," she stated and Hanbin knew she was probably rolling her eyes right now. 

 

"Yes ma'am," he answered, laughing when he heard her huff and puff, whispering I love you. 

 

Every time I would get upset you’d hold me tight and wouldn’t let go

"Yah Kim Jennie! Why aren't you careful?!" Hanbin shouted as Jennie was being checked by the doctors in a nearby hospital. It was Blackpink's debut stage and she twisted her ankle. 

 

"Shut up," Jennie mumbled and grabbed his hand, stopping him from his outburst. 

 

"How is it, seongsaengnim?" Blackpink's manager asked and Jennie closed her eyes, tightening her hold on Hanbin's hand as the doctor explained that her ankle was swelling and she shouldn't do extra movements for it to heal quickly. 

 

"I'm gonna dance, oppa. It's our debut stage," Jennie said, talking to her manager and it looked like he wasn't even going to agree. "Please, this is my first."

 

And with your head on mine, you’d make me realise I would be just fine. That you’d stay here until it was alright

 

"Let her hyung," Hanbin seriously stated, making Jennie's eyes widen. She thought out of everyone, he would be the first person to argue not to make her perform. "We can iced it after. She needs to be with her group. She waited all her life for this moment. We can't just take it away from her, hyung."

 

And Jennie couldn't help but cry when her manager can't do anything but nodded. She smiled at Hanbin who was sighing and hugged him. 

 

"Thank you for always supporting me," she whispered while Hanbin was busy patting her hair. 

 

"Anything for you, Jen."

Beautiful. Everything about Kim Hanbin was beautiful. Anyone who knew him would definitely define him as talented, hardworking, genius. But Jennie would always think of him as someone beautiful. And she loved him so much, it hurts. 

 

"Jen? Hey, Earth to Jennie."

 

Jennie was pulled out of her musing and saw Hanbin waving his hand in front of her face. 

 

"Your mind is flying again. Where did it take you this time?" Hanbin jokingly asked and he even softly knocked on her head.
