we work under a point system, upon arrival a document will be given to you to explain in detail every way to get points. a few examples are posting in the sns group or participating in group events.
2. Will there be eliminations?
no. we will reward those who do well in challenges with extra points. eliminations would just ruin the flow of the roleplay. everyone will get a chance.
3. will I ever get to debut?
absolutely. as soon as you get enough points you will be golden ranked and put in a group together with fellow trainees so you can start gathering points again - this time to release songs, gain photoshoots and award show opportunities.
4. won't A ranks have an advantage over the others?
no. the evaluations are the same for every rank. every rank will start with different base points, but everyone in the rp will have to gain points to debut.
