Kim Dongyoung, widely known as DY is the most loved singer songwriter of South Korea. His songs are never about too complicated stuffs. But everyday life, the deepest sorrows, hopelessness, emptyness. The realest, most relatable emotion people can feel - sadness.

People wondered. He isoften asked, if he was lonely, if he was sad or depressed. He always just smiled in answer. People assumed him to be sad. If not, how can someone describe those emotions so well? How can the lyrics be so deep, so real, so relatable? 

The small blog on Tumblr, thisishowitsgoing, it's been almost 6 months Dongyoung last saw an update. The small, quiet blog without any follower stayed the same. It never happens though. At first, he used to worry. Is she fine? Has she finally given up? He used to be restless after each update. But in a couple of weeks, there would be an update reassuring him, the author made it. 

The small unpopular Tumblr blog, Dongyoung has been visiting since he was 15. There was not a single picture confirming identity. Gender : female was the only info. The blog was more like a diary. So many times he wanted to knock, asking how she is doing, or if she is okay. He never did though. He was afraid, if she knows, she will leave.

He became a trainee at the famous entertainment company at the end of his middle school as a vocalist. His random thoughts became random scribbles, random scribbles became a song, clumsy, full of raw emotion he never wanted anyone to see it. But his vocal coach saw it, showed it to the producers. They liked it so much that they gave him the chance to sing it. At the age of 18, Dongyoung rose to fame. People knew him as the songwriter but he was not alone rather a duo. His partner? No one knew who. Often they thought it's just a concept. There was nobody. But Dongyoung made it a mystery so that people anticipate. 

But no, Dongyoung really had a partner. He never saw her. But she was there. Always posting, always inspiring his songs, providing him with right emotions to put in. He wanted to see her, wanted to make sure she was real, she was okay. But he was afraid she will leave. That's how her blogs looked like. She is not going to tell anyone anything. There's a wall she put up around her. If someone's to break, she will run away.

6 months became 7 and then 8 months soon. Kim Dongyoung can't wait anymore. He needs to know if she is fine. No he needs to make sure she is fine. But who is she anyway? Where is she? Does she know he exists? Did she ever listen to his songs? They have been together since about 7 years since he found the small blog. Can't he have a chance to see her after all this time? Well at least the chance to know if she is okay?
