Warning: This story takes place in the Omegaverse which contains the Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics that most stories will have. I won't go into full details because it's on the internet that anyone can research about. The gist is that Alphas are the dominant ones, Omegas are the submissive ones and the Betas are medidator between those two. 
Alphas have a rut where they constantly need to bed an Omega. Their pheremones attract Omegas to them like flocks. 

Omegas on the other hand goes into heats, which basically is inviting any Alpha to come over and mate them even though it's consensual or not.

Alphas are gifted; male Alphas are bigger than well-endowed Betas. Female Alphas can grow a , basically. It replaces their oris. 

Omegas are also changable, in which a Female Omega already has a . Male Omegas can change their reproductive system, which is basically the same thing as Female alphas changing their genitialia.
