The Skye District is a bustling province located only miles outside of Seoul city limits, where the art & passion are bountiful and trouble comes in abundance. A paradise built for the youth and all the chaos that comes with it. Known for its dreamy streets riddled with picturesque shops and laughter, and its thriving nightlife full of rowdy citizens dancing underneath twinkling lights with no thought of going home any time soon. The ideal place to call home for young and hungry folks, it is also the central hub of international students and residents as well as housing the largest chain of street-food vendors in the country.
Then comes New Heights, a ten-story high apartment complex sitting pretty in the heart of The Skye District, designed to accommodate adults in their twenties. Considered a safe haven where young citizens can live comfortably and interact with others in their own age group. These are the moments we're going to remember most so let's live for today without worrying about tomorrow.

1. This is a closed roleplay so please do not add or interact with outsiders while you are here. Thank you very much.
2. The Skye District is a fictional province in South Korea with its own social constructs and a large population of new adults and residents living abroad. With that being said, all characters and events that occur inside our roleplaying verse will have no relation to their original source (face claim) or South Korea, in general (it is merely just a setting).
3. The main theme is slice of life that heavily encourages friendships, relationships, and exploration of oneself. Be weird, go wild. Feel sad, get mad. Your character must be in their 20's. You are allowed to modify their age to make it fit, as well as their personality, background, appearance (scars, tattoos, piercings). Please use an OC (original character) name.
4. Your profile is viewed as your character's apartment. All plots occurring in their home should be posted on their wall or made into a status update. Roleplaying groups are reserved for open threads.
5. Due to the nature of well- life, there is no content filter so any writing genre or topic goes. However, you must include a trigger warning in any post containing explicit content. In-Character drama is allowed to an extent.
6. At the very least, we are a semi-literate community. You don't have to write out insanely detailed replies but a little bit more than one word or sentence is greatly appreciated. Write in any POV you feel comfortable with. Please do not use any acronyms or emojis outside of mock SNS posts and text messages.
7. Refrain from Godmodding, metagaming, face-chasing, and forming cliques. We are striving to be an all-inclusive community. The general newsfeed is strictly In-Character. Please keep all OOC comments & chat in the designated OOC group. To further separate IC & OOC please address all muns by their aliases.
8. All character interactions are face-to-face unless stated otherwise. Please label each post accordingly, to prevent any confusion.
9. Please be active at least four days a week. Inactivity for four or more consecutive days will result in eviction. If you are able, post at least once a day. One character per soul.
10. Unlimited character changes after at least one week of activity.
11. Hiatus periods are valid for up to one month at a time. Inform an admin if you need to go on a hiatus. Failure to return by your own set end date will result in you losing your spot.
12. Weekly bonding events will be hosted by the admins and we encourage everyone to attend, if possible. Plotting and starters are a big fat yes! Put yourself out there, someone will always respond, we promise.
13. There is a single, five-day relationship ban for all newbies. Once this ban is lifted, your character is free to fall in love with whoever and how many people they want. While all orientations are allowed, biuality & panuality are preferred. The password is suggesting either a business, landmark, or hangout spot for the city.

A community area housing a plethora of vintage arcade games, as well as a full-sized kitchen and large TV lounging area to chill and watch your favorite dramas. Occupying the entire second floor, the rec room is spacious enough for all kinds of shenanigans.
GYM & SPA
Gotta stay fit? Need a place for your beloved pup companion to run free? Looking to relax, let out some steam? The third floor is the place to be. Featuring a state of the art indoor gym and basketball court as well as a community bathhouse.
