Celebrity Crush || Yang Yang

They were here, they were actually here…

Trembling hands gripped at his right arm. Tiny squeaks left your smiling lips. Twinkling eyes glued to the seven Korean boys, walking past the two of you as they made their way to the stage upon being called for their third win for the night.

You tried to keep your composure as you kept in mind that you were here for the sake of your boyfriend, to support your boyfriend. However, once you heard that deep voice resonating throughout the whole area—acknowledging its gratitude and love towards the fans—you couldn’t help but let out a somewhat high-pitched scream of excitement as your gaze fixated onto the person you knew it belonged to:

Kim Taehyung

You smiled wider as you began to do questionable little jumps because of the adrenaline pumping through your veins, gripping your boyfriend’s upper arm tighter as you began to shake him back and forth with all your might due to your excessive excitement. Your heels clicked against the floor as said boyfriend let out a loud sigh, brown eyes rolling on their own accord. Your screams were starting to get in sync with the fans and he groaned internally, his left hand reaching up only to be dragged down his face again before he spoke,

Babe, could you stop that?”

It wasn’t a question, it was more of a plea aimed at his pretty girlfriend to stop being so overly happy towards other men—who weren’t him, but you didn’t care. It was BTS for crying out loud! You turned to look at Yang Yang for a split second, giving him your infamous sharp glare, not saying a single word before turning back to look at the Korean idols. Your left hand released the Chinese actor’s arm and collided with your right one as you clapped as hard as you could when you saw that Park Jimin was wrapping up their little speech.

Yang Yang scoffed, straightening out the fabric of his sleeve that you’ve just creased, gliding over it with the palm of his hand as his eyes watched the popular boy-group bow down in sync. “How come you weren’t that excited when I got my award?”

You smiled, glancing up at your boyfriend’s playful façade, but you saw right through him, knowing full well that he was actually annoyed at you for ogling your celebrity crush, so you grabbed him by the arm once again, speaking in a teasingly sweet voice.

“You’re not Kim Taehyung, are you? So why should I be?”

His air supply cut short at your unexpected response—feeling as though his pride had been severed greatly—his clapping gradually ceasing and his eyes blazing fire as he looked back at you. A smug smile played on your lips as you flicked your perfectly styled hair back, before seating again when the boys were out of sight.

Yang Yang stood still for a few more seconds—still dumbfounded—before realization dawned onto him and he awkwardly cleared his throat, taking his seat next to you, a glint of jealousy flashing in his eyes.

“Kim Taehyung this, Kim Taehyung that—Well, you, Kim Taehyung.” He muttered under his breath, crossing his legs as he rested his hands onto his lap, chin held up high—radiating confidence—like a true famous actor. But his eyes told otherwise.

You tried to keep a straight face, but you were laughing hysterically at your boyfriend’s sulking face at the inside, lifting your hand up to cover the smile on your face as you averted your eyes and kept yourself from giggling out loud.

“See, can you blame me? Even you want to him.”

At the after party you could sense that Yang Yang tried to keep his distance from you yet he kept his arm wrapped around your waist securely as he spoke to his fellow cast members.

Sometimes he wondered how he could put up with the stupid things you’d do at times and you admit that most of the time this guy didn’t really have a sense of humor and he was also a bit timid, but that was what made it fun. Seeing him all riled up over some foolish prank surely was a good laugh. According to you.

Just as the two of you bid farewell to the other actors stood in front of you, your line of sight caught a glimpse of brightly colored hair not further than eight feet away from where you were standing and your breathing stopped momentarily, “Oh my god, it’s them...”—your voice trailed off.

With raised eyebrows, the handsome actor followed your gaze, a scowl replacing his radiant smile as he scoffed.

“Absolutely not.”

“Please?”

“No.”

You huffed, snatching your clutch out of your boyfriend’s hands, pouting like a spoiled little brat (which he wouldn’t disagree with) and your heel while fixing your attire, “Fine—then I’ll go by myself.”

Yang Yang chuckled, his hand coming up to carefully touch his hair to tame any strayed locks as he rolled his eyes before they met with your serious ones, causing his smile to drop once more, “You wouldn’t…”

“Watch me.”

With that said you strutted your way in the direction of the seven boys you admired so much and it took quite some time for your man to render what was happening at the moment before he sent the approaching movie director an apologetic smile and went after his annoying girlfriend (whom he loved too dearly to send off to another fairly handsome man—or men— on her own).

As you reached the group full of good-looking men, seven pairs of eyes fixated onto you, but it was a certain pair of blue-lensed colored eyes that sent the blood rushing to your face.

“U-uhm hi, I’m such a big fan of yours!” You let out awkwardly, bowing down in respect as you heard them laugh, confusing you quite a bit.

Suddenly a hand shot down, gently grabbing you by the chin to lift your head up, your downcast eyes being forced to look up into blue ones. “You don’t need to do that, sweetheart.”

His rectangle-like smile reached his face as his eyes formed tiny crescents, his fingers still resting on your chin as you felt your cheeks heat up at the physical contact.

“I’m the one and only V, but I think you knew that already.” He introduced enthusiastically, striking a pose, doing some unnecessary aegyo for you. You nodded your head (dying on the inside), unable to speak as your eyes switched to the other members.

“You’re my hope, I’m your hope, I’m J-Hope!”

“Hi, I’m Jimin!”

“My name is Jeon Jungkook, noona.”

“Yo, Suga here.”

“And I’m the very handsome Jin.”

“Ya! Do it properly!” Namjoon smiled lovingly at you, deep dimples poking into his cheeks as he turned to give the other members a stern look. “One, two, three…”

“Annyeonghaseyo joneun Bangtan Sonyeondan imnida!”

All seven heads bowed down at the same time, forming a perfect 90⁰ angle as they shouted out their introduction to you. Afraid of all the attention the boys would’ve attracted to you, you got flustered, flailing your hands like crazy as they stood up straight again with puzzled looks being thrown your way.

“Oh no, please don’t be so formal with me.” You smiled shyly, tucking your hair behind your ear as your gaze dropped to the floor again.

A small chuckle erupted from Taehyung’s chest as he raised his hand once again, slowly reaching for the top of your head, grinning widely.

“And does our so called huge fan have a name?”

“Oh, I’m—"

“My girlfriend.” You heard Yang Yang speak up from behind you—having caught Taehyung’s hand before it touched your hair— sharp glaring eyes staring back at the Korean boy, which were in contrast with his blinding smile. An arm snuck its way around your waist as you were pulled into the Chinese actor’s side with slight force, gripped firmly.

“Well then, my girlfriend… It’s nice meeting you!” The idol laughed and shot you a wink, trying to make light of the situation, retracting his arm from the iron grip the actor had on him. The repetition, however, didn’t sit too well with your slightly annoyed boyfriend, who scoffed in return and you couldn’t help but glare up at him.

Jungkook on the other hand recognized said boyfriend and elbowed his best friend in the gut, earning a quiet ‘yah’ in return, before flickering his eyes to the handsome male actor as he moved his right hand in front of his mouth, whispering something into the other boy’s ear.

Taehyung’s eyes widened at the revelation and he looked over at the remaining five members who all nodded in agreement and suddenly he felt a lump forming in his throat as he averted his blue-lensed orbs back to you.

Did he just try to hit on China’s most requested male actor’s lover?

Luckily, Namjoon decided to step in and swiftly moved in front of Taehyung, bowing the traditional 90⁰ once more after flashing you both his beautiful dimpled smile. “I’d like to apologize for the informality, Mr.Yang. We weren’t aware that our lovely fan here was your significant other.”

You lifted your hands up to protest, but got startled by Taehyung shoving Namjoon aside to bow deeply at your astonished boyfriend.

“I’m so so sorry, Yang sunbae-nim!”

“You better be.”

The scoff leaving your boyfriend’s lips irritated you more than it should have and you elbowed him in the side—quite hard, might I add—, causing him to switch his attention back to you, a frown ruining his handsome features. “What?”

“Be nice.” You rolled your eyes at him, flashing the others a small smile to reassure them that all was well. “—I told them it was okay to drop the formalities plus half of them are basically older than me anyways.”

The Korean boys grinned widely as they nodded their heads at your statement, but Taehyung’s box-like smile immediately dropped the moment Yang Yang lifted his gaze up and locked it with his—which the younger boy refused to maintain.

“Okay, I guess it’s alright then. Now, if you’d excuse us—I have some business to discuss with my director.”

The obvious lie had the Korean idols exchange glances between one another and you sighed, deciding it was better to leave before your boyfriend would really blow a fuse here—even though it’s quite childish coming from a grown man like him, but you’d never say that out loud for the sake of some things.

Fixing your gaze back on the idols in front of you, you gave them a small smile accompanied by a quiet ‘yeah’ , hooking your arm with your lover’s as you nodded, agreeing with Yang Yang for once and he looked at you—bewildered—for he expected you to oppose, but luckily you didn’t.

“It was really nice getting to know you, noona. We’re really sad that you have to leave so quickly.” Jungkook said all cutely, trying to get the others to speak up as well for he didn’t want anyone to feel awkward about all of this.

“Yes, that’s right. A-and it was also an honor meeting you, Yang sunbae-nim.” Taehyung added cautiously, stuttering a bit and you giggled at him, but he didn’t dare to look up at you due to the aura your boyfriend was still giving off, making the boy keep his gaze on the almighty actor.

Yang Yang only nodded in return, getting quite impatient to get away from there and have you all to himself again. He wanted to get you away from everyone’s curious eyes, he wanted to shield you from those godforsaken stares and take you to a place where you’d only have eyes for him. A place where there was no Kim Taehyung or any of these good-looking men.

Namjoon took the initiative to bid farewell to the two of you as he noticed that none of the others were going to make a move so he bowed down for the final time that night before looking up with his professional smile plastered on his face, a small chuckle leaving his lips. “Alright, we’ll be out of your hair for the rest of the night, Mr Yang. And to our lovely fan, thank you for supporting us. We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you.”

You smiled, opening your mouth to respond, but the actor pulled you back, bowing down himself as he wished them a good evening before your departure from the Korean idols whose gazes were lingering on you as you were dragged through the crowd by said actor without even getting to chance to say goodbye yourself. As your boyfriend was facing the other way, too busy to get the two of you out of that place, you saw Taehyung smile at you, slightly raising hand to wave at you and you waved back before they completely disappeared from your sight.

Having reached an empty balcony—after walking what felt like hours around the massive building—Yang Yang’s grip on you finally loosened as he stalked over to the railing, hanging his head low, sighing very loudly (on purpose).

“Oh my god—Are you mad?” You laughed, sneaking up behind him as you wrapped your arms around his torso, resting your left cheek onto his back, back-hugging him tightly as you egged him on in a teasing tone. “Is my baby angry?”

He groaned—frustrated—as he ran a hand through his perfectly styled hair, messing it up in the process as his other hand came up to tug at his tie, loosening it up a bit, since it was starting to feel tight all of a sudden.

You pulled back, shifting positions as you slowly moved beside him, looking at his seemingly distracted face and you couldn’t help but giggle out loud. However, once his piercing eyes lifted up to meet yours, your smirk was wiped off immediately as he—ever so slowly—began to stalk over to you, making you back up out of instinct, feeling quite intimidated.

He began to take bigger steps towards you and of course you also began to walk backwards faster, watching the wind blow about his already disheveled hair, making him look even more intimidating.

Suddenly his hand shot forward grabbing you by the forearm as he leaned in and pulled you towards him simultaneously—faces only inches away, keeping his gaze locked with yours, thinking that he had you cornered, but when he saw your lips curve up into a small smile, confusion washed over his face as he realized how dead wrong he was.

You burst out laughing as your boyfriend automatically let go of your arm, shooting you a confused look as he watched you hunch over in your small laughing fit.

“What was that!? Were you trying to pull some of that ‘drama’ on me!?[—wheeze—]Honey, I’m not scared of you.”

Yang Yang gave you a stoic look before he huffed out in annoyance, running his hands through his hair again. He let out a loud groan, dragging his hands down his face at the same time as he began to wonder how in God’s name he was so in love with an idiot like you. “Yeah, yeah. It didn’t work—now stop making fun of me.”

“Oh, c’mon! Stop being like that. I love you, okay?”

"Isn't that what you also said to that Taehwan guy?" His childish response had you smiling wider—even though you were supposed to feel bad for him—and his pouting lips were making it even more difficult than it already was to stay serious. You saw him turn away from you as he switched his eyes towards the beautiful scenery the balcony looked over. Which you had just noticed.

"First of all, it's Taehyung. Don't go around abusing his name like that—and second, you know it's not like that, babe." You giggled, clinging onto his arm to get the stubborn actor to look at you, which he did. And you stood on your tiptoes to give his pouting lips a light peck before flashing him your beautiful smile.

"I don't believe you." He pressed on as he turned to watch the scenery again, secretly loving the attention he was receiving. This time it was him teasing you and it didn't take a genius to figure out how the tables have turned so you just smirked even more as you decided to play along.

"Do I really need to say it?"

"Please, enlighten me." The smug smile didn't go unnoticed by you, but still you decided to pretend as if you didn't see a thing as you sighed exaggeratedly, rolling your eyes.

"Alright then, let's see. The love I have for you is...unexplainable to be honest, but I'll still give it a g—would you please look at me?"

Yang Yang fought back a smile as he turned his attention to his pretty girlfriend beside him, propping his elbow on the railing as he rested his chin in the palm of his hand. "Go on."

You rolled your eyes at him and quickly went over the cringy things you were about to say in your mind, lifting your eyes up to meet his awaiting ones. "As I was saying—"

"The love I have for you is different from what I feel for him. Like completely different—" You paused, clearing your throat. "I love you for you. I love you for the person that you are and everything that comes with the package. I don't love you because, I love you despite all of your flaws—like getting jealous so easily—ah, I'm kidding! Stop glaring at me!" You laughed it off as you playfully poked his cheek, continuing with a semi-serious face.

"—Anyways, as for him. Kim Taehyung, that is... I love him as an artist, I love him for his music and what he delivers with it. It's more like admiration rather than love to be frank, but I'll stick to love just to piss you off—ow!"

You rubbed the sore spot he just pinched and giggled looking up at his smiling face which was just inches away from yours as you saw his eyes flicker down to your lips, his arms sneaking around your waist, pulling you closer. His voice having lowered until it was nearly above of a whisper. "Is that so?"

"Uh-huh" You nodded, losing focus as the distance between the two of you was gradually becoming non-existent, your eyes falling shut on their own when you finally felt his soft lips press against yours in a passionate kiss. His lips moved skillfully against your own, rendering your remaining thoughts about Kim Taehyung gone in an instant.

Your boyfriend leisurely began to draw back as he watched you with your eyes still shut, teeth digging into your bottom lip as you groaned out in impatience. Finally, your beautiful orbs came back into view when you peered up at Yang Yang's annoying, smirking yet handsome face.

"Perhaps I should get jealous more often if it means seeing you all fired up like this." He whispered lowly with a slight chuckle, his steady breathing fanning against your skin and you rolled your eyes, fist hitting against his chest playfully as you pushed him back.

"ert."

"A very handsome ert at that."

You never ever wanted to throw a person off of a building in your entire life, but your significant other was making it very hard at the moment. With that stupid smug smile on his face.

He laughed out loud at your face expression and shrugged off his jacket as he realized how chilly it had gotten on the balcony, slinging it around your shoulders as he pulled you in for another quick kiss, surprising you quite a bit.

Just as the male actor pulled away, you had that mischievous little smile on your face again and your boyfriend's eyebrows shot up in confusion, before a frown settled upon his face. "What?"

"Oh, nothing. I was just thinking—" You cut yourself off, batting your eyelashes a bit as you gave Yang Yang an innocent look, which set blaring alarms off in his head, but he chose to ignore them and raised an eyebrow in anticipation instead.

The long pause you created was killing him to be honest to the point where he just wanted to walk off, however, upon hearing the next question, he himself wanted to jump off of the building for loving an idiot like you.

"So, like...can I still go to the BTS concert in Beijing next week?"

Chapter 1: O gosh. This was awesome.
