I slowly learnt how to smile when i'm around him. He allows me to open up to him and stop closing myself towards the things around me. He introduces friends to me, making my world filled with colours and hope once again. Though my heart will still ache when I see Wang Zi, the pain I feel now is more bearable compare to how I feel in the past… I no longer need any props or pretense anymore.

Like usual, he sends me home. During the journey home we enjoy ourselves thoroughly. This feeling seems to consist of… a bit of happiness. Happy times often seem to pass by quickly, in a blink of an eye; we have reached my house door step.

“See you tomorrow” I smile at him.

“Alright” he returns my smile.

When I was about to step into my house, he hug me tightly from behind. He buried his face into my hair and I can feel certain wetness on it, is he crying? Why?

“Arron…” I said softly.

My heart start beating extremely fast as I recall what he said. He… he likes me? At that moment, I didn’t know what to do… I’m not sure if I have the ability to fall in love once again. A heart that has been shattered can never have the ability to love another person once more.

I can feel him giving me a light peck on my hair as his arms slowly loosen its grip on me. I turn around immediately only to see him looking back at me as if nothing has happen.

“Alright, go in. I’m leaving first, bye bye…” he turn around and his back view slowly drift further away from me.

I walk to my seat and saw Arron’s bag already there. Where is he? Is he unable to face me because of what happen yesterday? At this time, Ya Tou walks towards me. Maybe she knows something that I don’t.

“Ya Tou, where’s Arron?”

“Didn’t he tell you? I thought that since the both of you are always together, he would have told you. Arron is transferring school again…” before Ya Tou can finish what she wants to say, I’ve already run out of the classroom towards the principal office. At this moment, I know how I really feel towards him…

I stood at the corridor, looking at Arron walking out of the principal’s office. He walks towards me slowly, with the same smile planted on his face.

“Are you going to transfer school again?” his smile droop a little, but he still maintain his smile and nod his head.

“Let’s go back to the classroom alright? Class is starting soon.” As soon as he finishes speaking, he rushes back to class.

I follow quietly behind him. Finally I could not help it and pull his shirt. He stops walking and look at my watery eyes. I immediately look down, covering the tears that fall accidentally.

“Please don’t go… don’t leave me alone…” i’m just like a kid, begging my parents not to leave me. But now, the person I’m begging is the person I love the most…

His big and warm hands tilt my face up as he slowly wipes away my tears.

“You’re not alone, you have Xiao Man and Ya Tou, as well as the other classmates.” He said gently.

“It’s different…” I push his hands away gently, while controlling myself not to cry.

“Can you do me a favour?” he nods.

I use one of my hands and place it at my chest, where the heart is located, and pretend to pull out something while I use my other hand to take hold of his hand. Then, I put the ‘thing’ that I have pulled out and place it on his hand. He looks at me with a face of bewilderment, yet I just continue smiling and look at him.

“Originally, this heart can never fall in love with anyone again. However, a silly boy that stood in the rain helped me piece it back bit by bit. Though the handicraft is a little lousy, he did help this heart to learn to love once again. Please help me pass this to him and ask if he wants it. If he doesn’t want it…”
