Siren

Jongdae is running.

Running as fast as he can, he needs to find Yixing, he needs to find Xin-

A bullet kisses his thigh.

He's so close to the ocean now, 

Jongdae's vision begins to get fuzzy. 

He can taste the salt, he can hear his Xing call out for him.

Then everything goes black.

Chapter 3: So he originally loved Persephone? Weird to imagine her w someone other than hades. Unless...lay = hades??? I thought he was the lead sheep of China smh.
(Also, the “main” sentence was hard to read because the word when was used as a connector three times in a row. Idk if this was intentional and you were trying to do something by it, but as a reader it just made the sentence very hard to digest and understand.)
Overall though I thought this was a cool concept. I’m a fan of writing and reading microfiction so that was a plus for me. Now to check if you have other stories hehehe
