I've been a Graphic Designer, AFF writer for 3 years and as an Advertiser for 1 year.

This is my first shop and i'm hiring for both advertisment and Graphic Design. the shop is on construction so i'll notify you all when it's ready. we won't ask Karma Points from the customers for Graphic design instead they'll be asked to follow some steps, and for advertisments they'll be paying half kp's.

This is my first shop so i need all your passion and hardowk to build this shop higher.

1. if you are going to apply for Graphic designer and if you are experienced, you need to send me all your works. i have website designed for this shop and all your works will be dispalyed there.

2. we motivate newbies so, dont worry if you dont have any experience either in advertisment/graphic design.this shop will guide you and help you to grow further.

3. a shop growth depends on both the staff and customer, so be patient with the customers, work according to their requirements. we will have specific rules for them to follow and if they dont we will block them.

4. if you want to take a break or leave the shop please inform us priorly. so, we can able to avoid unwanted problems.

5. For graphic design for every graphics you work on you'll be paid from 5 to 10 kp's. (if you feel it's low dont worry we can negotiate.

6. For advertisments you'll be paid from the customer and half from the shop.
