Daehyun smirked and gently removed Baekhyun hand from his mouth. He shake his head and ruffled Baekhyun hair, “You really didn’t pay attention to your surrounding aren’t you?”. Instead of using the stair, Daehyun just jump down from the stage and stood firmly infront of Baekhyun. Seeing what Daehyun did just now, Baekhyun can’t help but start to give a lecture about Daehyun safety. “You stupid cheesy monster, there’s stair being place over there for you-“ “Turn around.” Suddenly being cut by Daehyun, Baekhyun just managed to utter out a ‘huh’ and gave out a puzzle look. Daehyun shook his head and turn Baekhyun body facing the empty hall.

Baekhyun was kind of taken back by the empty hall. The hall which was crowded before was empty, there’s no one in the hall except the both of them. “Where’s everyone?” Baekhyun asked. Instead of directly answering Baekhyun, Daehyun wrapped his arms around Baekhyun’s waist from behind. He placed his chin on top of Baekhyun right shoulder. Gazing at Baekhyun face, he saw that his lover still got that confuse look plastered on his face. He snuggled his face on Baekhyun neck and let out a satisfied smile.

“You really are clueless when it comes to your surrounding. Everyone had left after seeing our lovey-dovey act.” Daehyun whispered. Getting back to his sense, Baekhyun get away from Daehyun embrace and put on his angry face-well trying to put his angry face, in which having a pout hanging heavily on his face. He crossed his arms, “Explain”, he state toward Daehyun, in which Daehyun returned with a stupid grin. “Jung Daehyun!”, he said while displaying a serious face.

Daehyun’s POV

He was too adorable. Didn’t he know that he’s being cute right now instead of being angry. His face was too cute to be said as an angry face. I reach out my hand trying to get him back in my embrace but he just slap it. “No touching until you explain everything”, he said with a glare directed toward me. Feisty much aren’t you. I take the rose from my back pocket and present it infront of Baekhyun. He took a glance at the rose and back at me, “For you”, I said. I saw that he was hesitated to take it but in the end he still took it from me. I can’t help but grinning happily. He signal me with his eyes, to start my explanation.

Taking a deep breath, I wish that I can explain as I good as I can. Oh God, please help me this time. “You do know that I’ve been trying my best to explain to you about this thing since the first day of our fight-no, our misunderstanding. I’ve been calling you but you’re not answering it. Texting you but you wouldn’t reply. I tried to meet you, but yeah, you did your best and you’ve done well in dodging me.” I stopped for a while as I feel a big burden on my shoulder. My next words make me keep my gaze on my feet and not on Baekhyun. “About that day, I swear I really didn’t know who is she. Suddenly appeared infront of me and confessing her love. I have refused her, I really have and say that I got a boyfriend already, a cute and adorable not forget to mention handsome boyfriend.”

At my last sentence, I can’t help myself but to steal a glance at Baekhyun. A crimson red start to appear on his face. “What about that kiss? Why didn’t you dodge it?” I sighed, another set of explaining paragraph.

“It’s not that I didn’t dodge it. If I know she would do that, I’ve run straight away from her. I really really 100% really was taken aback by that sudden kiss. I really do Baek-ah. Please believe me in this one. You do know that I never lie to you?”, upon hearing my question, he raised his eyebrows, “Never?!,”. Aish, stupid Dae. You do love to dig your own grave aren’t you? “Well, yeah. Maybe once. But it’s not a big lie?” I said with a lil unsure in the end. Seeing Baekhyun gasped make me shiver in fear. Ahyuuu, seems like I really wished for my early death. He placed the rose that he hold in his back pocket, “Not a BIG LIE?!” he asked or more like state with increasing pitch in every words. “Did you really wish for me to always remind you of your BIG LIE. YOU LIED to me by saying you’re on a vacation with your parents for 1 week.” He walked closer to me with each word that he speak out, while placing his hands on his waist.

“While in reality you’re in the hospital. Yeah, I know you’re doing that because you didn’t want to make me worri-“ Kiss, yeah you read the right thing: kiss. I know that he’ll get mad at me for doing this, but Baek- you’re talking too much. And plus your speech getting off track here. I kiss him deeply with my hands palming both of his cheeks. I tilted my head to the right to get better angle of his lips. I glanced at his eyes and saw that he closed both of his eyes tightly. Seeing that he didn’t respond to my kiss, I bite lightly on his lower lip without warning. A low whimpered came out from his mouth. I smirked, oh Baek, you do know that I’m a biter aren’t you?.

As I was feeling he’ll kiss me back, I pulled our lips apart with my innocent facial on display. I was smirking evilly inside my mind when I saw that he was frowning and whining because of the lost contact of our lips. His face was inching closer to my face, as if trying to connect our lips again. Letting out a light chuckle, I caressed his left cheek with a lot of tenderness. “Babe, I thought you hate my kiss. You should just tell me that you love it. I’ll be so gladly to shower you with a lot of kisses.”

No One POV

As if coming back to his sense, the haziness that once clouded in Baekhyun eyes totally disappeared. Just like a switch was being turn off. Realizing what he did just now, he can’t help but to turn red like a cherry tomato. Feeling so shy, he wrapped his arms around Daehyun waist while hiding his face in the crook of Daehyun neck. “Waeeeee? Are you being shy right now babe?”, Baekhyun whine and mumbled out a ‘stop it’. Daehyun chuckled witnessing the cuteness of his boyfriend. “Eunggg, now are you going to be like this cause I’m still not done with me explanation yet?”, Daehyun asked. Baekhyun nodded his head while trying to hide his face.

Daehyun gather Baekhyun in his arms, and let out a content sigh. “Ahhh, I really miss to hold you. So, where were we? Oh yeah, that surprise kiss- you really should believe me in this one babe. I really didn’t know that she would do that. I have pushed her in a second after our lips touch, I swear.” Daehyun let out a heavy sigh, “And plus this is all Youngjae fault, he provoke that girl by saying that she’s just playing with her confession toward me. He asked her to prove that she’s not lying and guess she just had to prove it with a kiss.” Baekhyun hands form a fist behind Daehyun, “Then it’s Youngjae the one that I should kill right now. Chanyeol should be on alert starting from today if he want to keep his ‘dear’ boyfriend alive.”, He mumbled out between his gritted teeth.

Daehyun jutted his lips as he didn’t get the respond that he want, “Baekhyun-ah, you do believe in me aren’t you?”. Baekhyun lifted his head from his hiding place and make a direct eye contact with Daehyun. He inching closer and planted a peck on Daehyun’s forehead. “Even though I still feel a slight disappointed, but my love for you are bigger than those feeling. The more I want to hate you, the more this love growing inside my heart. The more I distant myself from you, the more hurt that I get. The longing to be by your side keep on getting worst day by day.” Baekhyun said, more like confessed the feeling that he’s been feeling since the first day of their misunderstanding.

He tightened his grip on Daehyun waist and planted another peck on Daehyun left cheek. “To answer your question just now, of course I believe in you. And plus she had told me everything, the girl that confessed to you.” Daehyun eyes were wide open as he heard what Baekhyun was saying, “She told you?”, Baekhyun nodded, “When?”. Baekhyun think for a while, “This morning, she happened to be in the same English lecture class as me. She is a new student at here, so she didn’t know about us and make a move on you. I was trying to get mad at her, but you do know that I can get mad at girl. So I just said, ‘It’s okay, but next time you should do a background check first before making a move. So that something like this wouldn’t happen again’.”.

Daehyun nodded his head, understanding Baekhyun words. As if realizing something, he squinted his eyes toward Baekhyun, “So, you’re saying that you already know the truth but still trying to make me feel guilty and make me explain everything”. Baekhyun tilted his head upward, daring Daehyun to fight him back, “Oh, so what? You’re mad at me?”. He said while his eyes read the-fight-is-on, even though the both of them were actually still in each other embrace. Daehyun can’t help but admire how cute Baekhyun was at the moment. He really can’t control his desire to kiss Baekhyun lips again-in which he connect his lips again with Baekhyun lips. Compare to the first kiss, this one was soft and smooth. Daehyun pulled apart and placed his forehead on Baekhyun forehead.

“You do know that I can’t and will never get mad at you. How can I get mad at my lovely husband, or in our case, my lovely adorable wife.” The both of them smile in the same time as if having a telepathy. “By the way, that song just now. Are you the one that writing the lyric?” “Well, some of it. The other half of the lyric, I got help from my senior: Bang Yongguk.” Baekhyun let out a tsked, “No wonder the lyric just describe our situation so well.”

Daehyun’s POV

I can’t help but to let out a stupid grin. What a great mood swings you got Baek. “Do you like it? Do you like the song?” I asked as I gaze directly in his eyes. A sweet smile adorn his face, he nodded his head and get back to his habit of hiding his face in the crook of my neck. “Thank you Dae.” “Anything for my wifey.” Anything as long as it make you happy Baekhyun-ah.
