A group of five students in high school meet through a strange occurrence. They have cellphones that seemingly are enchanted, sending text messages and calling loved ones on their own! The students attempt all they can to ditch their phones, yet somehow they always end up back with the students. Frightened, the students journey together to the cellphone manufacturer, where they find an answer they never expected.
