Jinhwan walks down the aisle, his lithe body adorned with the finest silk and heavy accesories that were only meant to use for this very special day. He hates that he has to wear a kind of veil that covers his face which was typically used by women, hates the buzzing of the crowd as he walks passed them, hates that this day was even happening. He's getting married to someone he doesn't know, to some royalty that his parents deemed fit enough to solidify their statuses, and to strengthen their allies. Jinhwan's sister received the same fate, sent off to the neighboring palace to marry the next King in line, so at a young age, Jinhwan already knew that this day will eventually come. Still, despite years of preparations, Jinhwan still loathes the idea of being tied down to a stranger.

The silk he's wearing, though soft to the touch, still rubs on his sensitive skin. Appreciating the veil that is covering his face, Jinhwan smiles. Last night was worth it. Sneaking out his chambers and almost getting caught on his way back were nothing compared to the liberation that he felt for that one night. He didn't regret any of it.

If there's one thing that he regrets the most though, it's by getting too drunk to even remember the stranger's face and name. All that he knew were that the stranger's kisses were addicting, and so his low timbre voice. Jinhwan only has the numerous lovebites imprinted on his skin as a reminder that last night did happen, that he wasn't only dreaming because it sure feels like it.

Hidden from everyone's view, Jinhwan smiles wider, ignoring the little guilt that's tugging on his heart as he neared his Bethrothed, the one that he's supposed to be with starting today.
