This story is a prequal and starts as a High School AU, will include a lot of fluff moments, some comedic stuff, and a bit of drama! There will be no ual scenes (actual and of the like.) But will include some young adult themes. Discovering one's self, talking ual inuendos, maybe masterbation, profanity, pretty much anything a teenager with raging hormones goes through. Also, as a heads up, this story will not go as a lot of people will think. This is just a build up to what's happening in the Sequal :). Any chapters with mature themes will be rated with the [M] and a general warning!

Also I like to write with music, so do expect a link at some point for a soundtrack :)

Edit: 9/6/18 I wanted to add here, that through the writing process, I found myself adding some hard topics as well. Some chapters will have [TW] prior. These warnings are for depression/suicidal thoughts, and some treatment the characters will endure. I figured I should make that known here, as a heads up for anyone who may be sensitive to those themes/topics.

Characters:

Main Characters::

Choi Minho: Sophomore, sports head. Is intrigued by Taemin and tries to befriend him. Slowly overtime gains his trust. When not with friends or playing sports, he's sleeping all day. Thinks of himself as straight till he starts getting to know Taemin. Starts questioning his uality and looks to Kibum for advice. Hide's the fact he's in an arranged marriage.

Lee Taemin: Freshman. Gay. The new kid. Constantly gets mistaken for a girl. Feminine stature. Indifferent personality but really is loud, obnoxious, and a trouble maker. Play's hard to get but gives in when his feelings begin to overrun. Crushing on Minho, but keeps his feelings bottled up out of fear.

Side Characters::

Bang Cheol-yong: Also known as Mir. Close friend to Minho. Sophomore. Cocky personality, with a hint of aloofness. ually charged, claims to have lost his ity at 14, but Minho still doesn't believe him. Has dated a handful of girls, and begins to question his uality after Taemin's appearance. Later finds himself attracted to another boy. Gets crazy jealous that Taemin takes over his spot as Minho's number 1.

Kim Kibum: Also known as Key. Sophomore. Gay. Very sarcastic. One of the first to befriend Taemin. Shares a class with Taemin, and knows immediately they are similar in some aspects. Convinces Taemin to join the Drama club.

Kim Jonghyun: Junior. Popular. Cocky yet Loyal personality. Uses his good looks to get what he wants. Never noticed Key till they ended up partners in a class together. Mistook him as a girl. Once he got rejected he began chasing Key. At first just to prove a point, later found it was much more. Open about his uality, doesn't care if they are male or female. Never had an experience with a guy before, but does find other men attractive.

Lee Jinki: Also known as Onew. Junoir Year. Aloof and a goofball. A klutz. Family owns a butchery and a restaurant. Mostly known to be Aual by the majority as he's never dated or showed any interest with anyone. Is actually fairly ual. Does meet a girl, and falls in love. Friends with Jonghyun, though he questions his friendship with his underclassman. Befriends Taemin after helping him out of an awkward/serious situation.

Kim Jongin: Also known as Kai. Also new in the area. Rich kid. Kind of concieted, easily jealous, controlling. Meets Taemin in the office. Quickly find they share the same classes, and decide to be friends. Develops a crush on Taemin and hides it, easily becoming jealous when he see's Taemin's relationship with Minho develop. Latere finds another boy, he helps from being bullied, and tries to befriend him even through all the rude behavior. Develops feelings for him.

Do Kyungsoo: Freshman, loner, generally keeps to himself. Cold demeanor. Generally always by himself and usually bullied by classmates and other upperclassmen. Tolerates some whom never bully or bother him, dislikes most just for existing. Had a crush on Minho at one point when they were younger as he was always there preventing bullies to bother him. Starts developing feelings for the ever persistent Kai. Not understanding his feelings, he continues to treat him harshly.

HeeRin: Doesn't even go to this school? Known to be the pretty girl. Father owns a big fashion company. Is an arranged marriage. Spoiled, bratty and obnoxious. Makes occasional appearances.

[ Hello! I've returned from a very long (accidental) hiatus, a blog post was made if you'd like to check it out. It's short and sweet, so no worries :)

Anyways! Originally this story wasn't happening. I had started a different story a couple of years ago, and came across it again recently when i was just looking for something to do. This story happened to arise from it. This is a prequal to the original story I was/am writing. That story will not be posted just yet. I'll set that up when I've finished this one or am close to finishing this one :>]
