"Does mom cook for you?" Taeyeon asked Star.   Star nods.   "But only during weekends. Her cooking is getting better and better as time goes by. I can still remember the day when she made me eat burnt pancakes. The bitterness made me cry so hard." Star laughs.   "And you know, dad, every weekend, mom takes me out to play with the other kids around the neighborhood. She buys me sweets too! Also.."   Watching how Star acts and talks with him, his heart fluttered. She's really a cheerful and lovely one. He knows he's not the real father of the kid. But hs still can't help himself from being so happy being with Star.   "Your real father would be glad to have a kid like you. But if he doesn't appreciate it, then I'd gladly take all the responsibility, as I promised to your mom." Taeyeon told himself.   "I'll cook for you," said Taeyeon.   "Really, dad?! I want to eat some pancakes! I love pancakes!"   "Okay, then. I'll make you a bunch of it!"   "Yay!!!" Star claps her hand while jumping.   Seeing how happy and excited Star is, Taeyeon got even more inspired to cook an extra ordinary pancake.   "Need help?" Nanny asked him.   "No, nanny. Thank you." He smiles.   She sits and watches him cook.   "I'm glad I'm watching you right now," said nanny.   "Am I that good?" Taeyeon joked.   "No. I can see that you have the possibility to burn the house down." She laughs.   Taeyeon laughs together with her.   After about an hour, Taeyeon finished the pancakes she made for the first time.   "You'll be the first to taste my extraordinary pancakes!" He told Nanny.   Nanny flips the pancakes.   "I haven't tasted any of it yet but I already know that none of it would taste good." She sighs.   "Why? I just burnt them a little. I don't even know why it suddenly went this dark. It wasn't that dark earlier."   "You see, pancakes are things you can cook in only a 1 or 2 minutes. You left it on the pan for too long, that's why. Also, the ingredients you mixed are not really good. I've never even seen a pancake with fruit-flavored cereals." Nanny explained.   Taeyeon sighs.   "I really want to make something good and special for her but the outcome is still.." Taeyeon took the plate with pancakes.   When he was already about to throw it away, Star suddenly came and stopped him.   "But they're bad, baby," said Taeyeon.   "They look and smell delicious to me!" Star grins.   Taeyeon messes h
