PARK EUNMI

OH SEHUN

LUHAN

STRANGER

"Oh Sehun, I like you!"

"I don’t like you."

“Is it this book?”

"I like her, and I also know she likes you."

"Good to know."

"It won’t be that way from now on."

“You can give it a try.” He walked away.

"Oh Sehun, let’s go home together after school."

"No."

"You ignored me today.

Tomorrow, I… will still go to you."

"Why are you hiding here?"

"Sehun.. I wasn’t accepted to Japan University. What am I going to do?"

"There’s no guarantee I’ll go either."

"Really?"

“What’s wrong?”

"Hop on."

"Lu Han! You’re the best! You can do it!"

"I said I can help you with your study."

"Sehun! I did it!"

"Will you sign my year group?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"That’s what people who will separate do."

"Are you crying? Don’t be afraid. I’ll be here to keep you company."

"Let’s go, I’ll take you somewhere."

"Where are you going? It’s still study period."

"We’re ditching."

“A lifetime is a long time, you won’t be the only one I like!” she shouted at his retreating figure.

"What’s the matter? Did he bully you?

I’ll go look for him!"

“Stop! He didn’t,” she reached out to him, stumbling and falling on top of Luhan as Sehun entered the class.

“What motivates you to try harder and win at competitions like this?”

“It’s because of her,”

"Didn’t you say you weren’t going?"

"It’s a good opportunity, why wouldn’t I go?"

“Then, I hope you succeed.” She says, standing up and walking out of class. She didn’t see the look of regret Sehun was giving her.

...

*I’m not going. I’m going to study medicine and stay by her side.*

"Whenever I see you happy, I want to smile along with you.

When you cry, I want to cry too.

When I first saw you… I knew I liked you."

"I’m sorry I don’t feel the same way."

“Did you really think I was serious?” he looked up, chuckling as he did so.

"Aye, you scared me!"

"Things that will happen right now, will you remember them tomorrow?:

“I don’t know.” She answered. Then, Sehun leaned in and captured her lips.

“You’ve been selected to go to Japan.”

"I’m not going."

"Why would you waste such a good opportunity? I’ll give you time to change your mind."

"Hello?"

“Doctor? The director is looking for you.”

"Time of death: 20:25."

“Doctor is a bad guy! Go away!” the child whined as his mother cried in agony.

...

“Eunmi!”

“Do you like Dr. Oh?” a nurse asked, as she waited for him at the hospital.

“He’s going to Japan soon.” She felt her world crumble.

“What’s wrong?” Sehun ran up to her.

"We should… break up."

"Do you know what you’re saying?"

“I don’t want to like you anymore.” She smiled bitterly as a nurse called Sehun.

"I’ve decided to go."

He stood in the airport.

“Eunmi, will you come find me?” he called.

“Hello?”

"Sorry. I dialed the wrong number."

“Then, I’ll change my number.”

Three years later.

"Will you marry me?"

"Yes."

“Sehun..”

“Did you ever regret it?”

“No.”

"Eunmi, we’ll be together again."

"We won’t."

...

“You can go find someone taller, sweeter and gentler than me”

"Oh Sehun, give her back to me."

"She has always been mine."

Luhan chuckled, thinking back to the time when he proposed to her.

"Are you really willing to?"

"I’m sorry."

"After all this time, your taste is just as bad."

"Aren’t you the same way?"

"Oh Sehun, can you give her to me?"

"I’m not like you guys. Ever since I was little, I’ve always been okay with being alone. They all eventually leave anyway… but Eunmi isn’t the same. She was always here."

"So, what? You still left her."

"I always thought she would come find me. Because she always did,"

'Wait for me!'

but she didn’t, I suddenly didn’t know what to do."

“Eunmi, did you hear that?” Luhan picked up his phone from the table.

“I know I was wrong. Will you forgive me?”

"Give me some time."

"Even if there was a girl taller, sweeter, and gentler than you… it’s none of my concern. To be able to find you wasn’t easy. Why do you keep forgetting that I love you?"

“Eunmi, I really love you.”

“Park Eunmi, marry me.”

...

“Oh Eunmi, thank you for coming back.”

Foreword

At first glance, I’m the type of girl that you will fail to notice; Someone who is not bothered to be spared a second look for. There’s nothing special about me, I can admit that about myself.

I have average looks,  average personality and average grades (or maybe not, Seoul High is an elite school after all). I’m the type of person who would rather hang out in a small circle of friends rather than a big group who talks ill about each other. I’m the silent type of girl who would rather observe than be observed. I prefer to stay out of troubles’ way and not let my family worry about me. I’ve never dated, didn’t think it was essential; though, I like this guy who goes to my school. We’ve been classmates since primary, but I can’t say I know him well enough to be considered his childhood friend.

Him? His name is Oh Sehun. With tall height, lean athletic figure and a perfectly carved face for appearances, he is simply the most beautiful guy I’ve ever met. In addition to that, his grades were beyond excellence. He’s the top student in school, always swarmed with flocks of girls. Who wouldn't like him anyway?

As I said before, we're not really the best of friends. I guess we are what people would call 'acquaintance'. We talk here and then and occasionally laugh at some jokes. Still, with his popular image, he hangs out in a circle of 11 other students, including himself.

But, as perfect as he seems to be, he’s still human. There are times when he’s mean and makes fun of me.

Chancey
Double update, sprungles.
