It was all too bright I couldn't see anything. I squinted my eyes until the brightness lessened gradually. And there I was, kneeling with my weight resting on my lower leg. I tried to figure out where I was but all I could see were whiteness. Plain whiteness.

Suddenly, I felt a searing pain in my heart. Like I was stabbed right in the middle. A stab enough to kill me right on that moment. But I was alive. And that fact made it worse. The pain grew and I wasn't able to take it anymore and tears flowed freely down my cheeks.

"Help me.." was the only thing I managed to say.

I thought no one was there. Until I saw a tall glowing figure appear in front of me. It was walking towards me slowly. It was too bright for me to be able to see its face. Then all of a sudden, I was already in its arms, with my head resting on its chest.

"It's okay, it's okay. Let me ease your pain," the figure said.

I felt warmth and comfort. More tears flowed again. But this time, it was because I knew I was no longer alone. I tried to look at its face. From its chest, I looked up slowly. It had a slender neck. HE had a slender neck. A sharp jaw leading to a slightly pointed chin. I looked up more and saw his thin, beautiful lips and tall nose. Tears flowed again enough to blur my vision. I rubbed my eyes first. But when I opened it, he was gone.

And I was on my bed.

A dream. A mysterious dream.
