spring, it surely is spring when everything comes back to life. spring makes the world a little happier, exposing flowers, warmth, smiles and laughter. it is the sweet sounds of birds singing, a melody so lovely it fills our hearts with joy. spring is here to fill our winter-weary souls, bringing change, hope and new beginnings.

We are a general semi literate to literate roleplay that focuses on in-character experience. We also foster a friendly and fun environment for our members. Spring Begins will be a home for members who want a new story to write, a new beginning.

✿ rules

01. Join only if you can commit as an active member. building the community requires effort from everyone. if you plan on disappearing after being added to the groups or after a day, please do not bother applying. we want people who put in effort & contribute to the community as a home. no character hogging. new members are required to show activity within 24 hours after being added to the groups. no activity = instant removal.

02. You are expected to actively interact with others. everyone should feel a sense of belonging in the community. participate in games and events. It is highly encouraged for members to roleplay in public instead of PM. If we do not see any interactions from you for 3 days straight, you will be removed for inactivity. Changing DP/cp/fp and throwing random posts before logging off are not counted as activity.

03. Respect fellow members and the mod. If you cause trouble within the roleplay, we will not hesitate to remove you and have you banned from returning. we Do not tolerate the ruining of the roleplay’s atmosphere and others’ experience. we strive for the roleplay to have a friendly and safe environment without any unnecessary trouble.

04. remember that this roleplay is strictly in character focused, meaning you should know your character well to roleplay them and be aware of their social connections. do your best not to stray away from your character as we aim for a realistic setting.

05. it is your responsibility to inform the mod of important notices such as hiatuses or departures so that we do not accidentally remove you as an inactive. you will be banned from returning if you leave without informing.

06. Only one character allowed for now. We have unlimited character changes but you have to keep your current character for 2 weeks before making another change. Abuse of this rule will have you banned temporarily.

07. All ual orientations are allowed. There is a relationship ban of 2 weeks. Moving couples are welcomed - make sure to inform in your application. MARRIAGES ARE ALLOWED as well, BUT Pregnancies are not.

08. Triggering subjects are absolutely not allowed. should not be seen on the feed at all and should only be roleplayed in PM. Underaged roleplayers and faceclaims should not be involved in . Be respectful. State your age in your application form.

09. Minimal drama plotted by roleplayers is allowed. But if it escalates, please settle and stop it immediately. Do not mix IC and OOC, know the boundaries of real life matters and the fictional world. We do no tolerate unnecessary drama and conflict. If an issue is unable to be resolved ultimately, you may approach the mod and have them assist you.

10. No metagaming, godmodding or breaking the fourth wall. If your character is not involved in a closed post or is not told directly about something, they should not be aware of it. This also means that you cannot say “Welcome to the roleplay/spring begins” when greeting others. always properly label your posts (face to face, sns etc.)

Remember to make the effort to greet new members and approach one another. There is no point in joining a roleplay when you make no effort to interact and put yourself out there. Plotting calls and plots are helpful too so use them if you need, or else just post on someone’s wall randomly. Friendships sometimes happen in the most unexpected ways! State this at the end of your application: "i understand the rules and I will follow them."
