Rewrite The Stars"I'm sorry if I am too forward. You can just ignore it"
I quickly apologized as soon I realized what I have just said. Honestly, it just slipped out of my mouth. But I meant every words.
Ever since the day Jihyo accidentally hit me, I couldn't get her out of mind. I was never a guy that believed in love in the first sight. However, she was different.
She was totally different from me. When we walked pass each other at backstage, her smiles never leave her face. I always wandered, didn't she ever feel tired.
"Yoongi-shi"
I must have been in my thoughts for some time that she had a worried look when I looked at her as she called me.
"Yoongi-shi. Thank you. You are actually the first person to say like that directly to me".
Then, there was that smile. I knew what her next words going to be, I was totally expecting it.
She was a leader to begin with and moreover to a very successful group. I knew that she had spent years of training so I doubt she would risk it for whatever this was.
And the fans, the public. There were so much at stake.
"I'm sorry" she said so sincerely, eyes looking down, focusing on her food instead.
"You don't have to. I am sorry for ruining this" I told her, trying my best to make her not feeling any guilt.
Thankfully, her phone ring as the air was getting so awkward. We were just trying to finish the dinner in silence, or more like me watching her playing with her food.
"I need to go back now" she said after she ended the call. Her face was full of worries.
