Foreword

Say hello to the MyungYeol/SooYeol Bachelor!AU that I never in my wildest dreams thought I would write.

This story wouldn't have even been a blip without Connor's AU thread on Twitter, which just caused this flurry of inspiration... and here we are. :D

ALSO, I did this crazy thing while writing this fic... OUTLINING. Have you guys ever heard of it?! LOL XD

Since I have the whole thing planned, I have no excuses anymore right (well, there's time), but hey, let's get this show on the road!

Chapter 1: Myungsoo is so adorable, I’m in love with him already. But his shyness and awkwardness is definitely going to be a bit of a challenge for him when it comes to the girl department (but that’s okay, Sungyeol likes him anyway). And poor Myungsoo, Sungyeol’s hot, but don’t sell yourself short either. But I really like how you’ve written Myungsoo to be somewhat down on himself, because it’s pretty realistic for him to not be as confident after everything... I know I gave you the prompt, but you’re doing a great job so far with making me like Myungsoo and wanting to see how things go with him and Sungyeol.

Sungyeol is great too. The confidence and how sure of himself is such a nice contrast to Myungsoo’s shy guy. I already want them to date because they sound perfect together already, even if they don’t know it yet. And Sungyeol’s inner actor showing not even minutes onto the show makes me intrigued for later scenes because of how he may react to Yejin, Myungsoo, and his true feelings. I’m excited to see how you’ll write him later in the fic, especially since he is an actor and has enough practice of playing certain parts of himself up or possibly shutting parts of himself down to give the best show. (The inevitable angst is going to make me smile so damn much, even if it’ll kill me too.)

Dongwoo’s amazing and I hope he continues to be amazing. I also wonder how you’ll incorporate some of the other contestants as well. So lots for me to look forward too.

And the first meeting! Myungsoo’s gay is already showing so much and it’s glorious. (I really need to see Sungyeol fall for him because from the looks of it, Myungsoo’s gonna fall hard and fast.)

So far this is awesome and I’m excited to see how things play out. I can’t wait to see what week 1 brings, keep up the fantastic work!

Chapter 1: Shy myungsoo is the best and I was getting curious with how this will turn out at the end because the 1st chapter is already promising.
