A month had passed, and you and Baekhyun haven't spoke for the entire time. You had broken up and to your dismay, he started dating Skylar, who had a broken rib and a broken nose. But compared to your other punishments, that was nothing.

You had been suspended for a week, and police had spoken to you. But the officer was surprisingly sympathetic and thus, did not press any charges against you except a warning. Your parents were completely distraught and incredibly disappointed and angry and had banned all your privileges. The teachers were more wary around you but were still kind, as you had told them the entire story. Plus, you had been such a good student before, they knew you had been extremely triggered to do something so rash. 

Half the students despised you but the other half treated you like a hero, as they didn't like Skylar that much either. Irene was by your side the entire time, doing everything to make you feel better. 

Skylar was always swearing and purposefully showing PDA with Baekhyun when you were nearby. Of course, it made you feel mad and unjust but knew you deserved it. 

That didn't stop you from scrolling through pictures of you and Baekhyun and crying yourself to sleep, though.

One lazy Saturday morning, after your parents finally returned your privileges and gave you a super long lecture once again, you were sitting outside on the porch, staring at nothing in particular. 

Suddenly you felt a prescence beside you and when you looked up you couldn't had been more surprised to see Baekhyun. And he was crying. 

"Y/N..." he said, his voice wobbly. "We really, really need to talk."

It hurt you to see him crying but you could never erase the anger inside you. "Why? After you blamed me for everything, broke up with me and got together with Skylar? Did she break up with you? Is that why you're here? Trying to get me back? Sorry, but I'm not that type of girl."

Baekhyun shook his head. "What're you talking about? Skylar and I never dated in the first place."

You pounded your fist on the table. "Yeah right! Why's she always cozying up to you, then? Trying to make me jealous? Well, I wouldn't want her injuries. And I wouldn't want to..." Your voice cracked and you looked at Baekhyun. He looked awfully tired this past month. Now that you thought about it, he was always sneaking glances over at you when he thinks you weren't looking but you were always paying attention to him
