Byun Baekhyun is the perfect prince of the Kingdom of Light. He is handsome, smart, charming, and most importantly, successful. He has, after all, never not completed a task assigned to him. He is perfect, and the kingdom around him is perfect.

But when the king gets assassinated by a dagger-shaped icicle, it is clear that danger is brewing somewhere in the distance. The young prince is assigned by Prime Minister Suho to strike the Kingdom of Snow where it hurts — their princess.

When the assassination attempt goes awry, Baekhyun is drawn into a web of political schemes and is faced with lies that threaten to unravel the tapestry of peace in his world. His task, this time, is simple: stay alive.
