Kpop Diet

So it’s been a while since i went on this diet and i gave up in the beginning but now i’m back on trackkkk!! I’ve been sick recently so i haven’t consumed any foods cause if i do eat, i have the urge to throw up so i choose not to eat. 

I’m down to 118.6 right now (it’s 10:08 am) and i’ve been losing a pound a day after not eating but i cant rlly count this as a diet since i’m not aiming for a specific weight as i’m only losing weight since i’m sick.

But my senior prom is next week and i may or may not want to look good but i’m rlly sick and weak so maybe i’ll like gain a little weight for prom and then go on a proper diet later on. Cause we’re having a lot of junk food at the after prom party so i know i’m gonna snack a little maybe if i feel hungry. 

But anyways i have been only drinking a glass of diluted apple cider vinegar to somewhat fill my stomach for the morning and keep me “energized” (not exactly; i’m rlly weak and tired soooo) but maybe i’ll redo my diet properly and come back on May 6th. I’m gonna try and get back to 126 by May 6th so i can do a proper weight loss diet!
